Purchased four prints, two were duplicated. Emailed the company multiple times they said they would be in touch but to no avail. Now forced to contact my credit card provider for a refund. Absolutely appalling customer service.

Further update, now have the print thanks to the founder, Alastair’s intervention.

I ordered some artwork from HD London Art. (A pair of framed canvas prints called Monaco.) We had to wait a few days for the frames to be added, but they are very good quality. They are quite light, were easy to hang on the brackets provided, and have a small flash between the edges of the canvas stretcher and the black frames, which is a good design detail. We were so impressed that my partner ordered some more framed prints - a set of two called Storm and a set of three called Black and Gold. Stunning!

Took just under two weeks to arrive but it was definitely worth waiting for. The picture is absolutely stunning. I cannot fault the Customer team any time I emailed I received a response very promptly. Will definitely order again.

I absolutely love the set of three framed canvas pictures I ordered which are of great quality. I did have to wait a whole month to receive them which was very frustrating but in all honesty they were worth the wait. I only wish they had been up front about the long delivery time as they are worth waiting for. They were very kind enough to give me a good refund for the wait which was amazing and appreciated. Would definitely recommend but accept you may have to wait.

This company are so very difficult to deal with and get any issues resolved. There is a long delay in email reply’s and never by the same person, no consistency in helping you. No telephone number to speak to someone. I placed an order incorrectly, I contacted the company by email that very same day and explained my situation, I was told by email that I could emend the order, they acknowledged my order change. 1 week later after daily emails to get updates, I was told that the order has gone into production today (12th Aug) and therefore could not be changed?
I would not recommend using this company, I’m very disappointed with the service I’ve experienced.

Update on my previous review.
Advised Hd on the 5th that they sent the incorrect canvas. It is now the 12th and they still have not sent the correct one.

I have emailed and messaged on instagram.

They eventually replied stating it takes 2-3 business days to send. 1) it’s now 6 business days and 2) they sent me the wrong order in the first place.

Won’t ever be using these again

I will not be removing the review. However I will state that I was issued with a full refund for the the canvas that I ordered. It turned up eventually and obviously didn’t pay for it due to the refund so I can only thank hd London for that.
The initial mistake was unfortunate. But it was the fact that it took a further 11days to send the correct one that caused the most frustration.

I absolutely love our artwork, we got the set of 3 nude and grey clouds for our living room and they look great!
Delivery was quick and the customer service team were really quick to reply and friendly too!!
I’d definitely come back here when we need new pictures! :)

Very very disappointed with the quality and service from this company ! The returns policy is not clearly shown on the ordering page. Plastic frontage prints with poor quality stapled frames at a high purchase price. Definitely not worthy value. Also no returns as BESPOKE ! Definitely not bespoke as you order from set size prints ! Unfortunately would never order from or recommend this company to anyone. Be very careful about ordering from this company !

The canvasses came safe and are of a high quality. They have finished off my lounge lovely and look very luxurious.

Just what we needed to fill up the living room / Excellent purchase and great quality. Been shopping around for a while for similar art but couldn’t find something that we were 100% happy with this until we came across these. 100% recommend.

Ordered a set of 3 x A2 prints. They arrived quickly, about a week or so. They were packaged well. I bought the prints and frames so as soon as I unboxed I could put them straight on the wall. Would definitely buy again. They are gorgeous!

I received my order on 2 July and immediately emailed the company to advise that the prints - a set of 2 I had ordered via their website, wasn’t the set I received. The company have advised that there was a glitch in their system which has led to this mistake. I completely accepted this and agreed to them sending out a replacement. However I’m still waiting on this after weeks of waiting. I currently have a large package propped up in my hall containing pictures that I can’t put up on a wall! Poor service - I have been very patient with this company and believe they should sort out current orders and make sure you have happy customers who have paid for pictures! I have absolutely no idea what the delay is!

Ordered set of three framed prints which arrived very quickly and although we had a slight problem with them, Christine sorted things out straight away for us. Very happy overall and will order from them again.

Very happy , misty shore canvas will definitely order more in the future . professionally packed well. very protected.

I contacted customer services twice via email and received fast responses. Thank you Christine for your message! I am delighted with it and it’s definitely good value for money.

I was a bit nervous spending a lot of money on something when some of the reviews aren’t the best. We did have a delay on delivery, I feel the website should just put “arrive 8-10 days” and then you would have no reason to be angry if it doesn’t arrive “express delivery” because your expectations aren’t high from the start.
But when they arrive they are sooooo nice!! Worth the wait and they look really expensive. Would buy again 🤩

Despite a really really short delivery delay they kept me up to date and they were really worth the wait! I love them and they look perfect in my new home.

Fabulous prints. I love them. HDLondon Art were amazing. Very professional. Kept me up to date throughout the ordering process to delivery which was really quick. You will not be disappointed.

Totally pathetic service . Ordered art well in advance of a specific date needed. It has been 5 days since the order was placed and tracking still shows awaiting shipment. Tried contacting their customer support and they have a very generic response that since every art piece is unique it can take time!! Where was this response when you claim on your shipping policy that order will be delivered in max 2-3 days!!
They are a complete mess and total waste of money! I am surprised how trustpilot reviews are above 4 stars!
Do yourself a favour and order elsewhere.
