We visited Heal's at Red Brick Mill in Batley. From the first second we entered we were looked after. All our questions were answered on the day, more importantly over the coming week or so our many, many questions by email were answered completely and efficiently. A huge thank you to Claire, Rachael & Sam for all their advice and help. Cant wait for the items to be delivered. Couldn't recommend them enough.

We ordered a sofa from the London store. At the time of purchase, we informed the sales team that we did not yet have access to the property to confirm measurements.
Unfortunately, the sofa couldn't be delivered as it did not fit. We have since learned that it is possible to order the sofa with removable arms, but this must be specified at the time of purchase. Despite our clearly stated uncertainty regarding property access, the salesperson never informed us of this option at the time of purchase.
I do believe this was a shared oversight. I previously suggested splitting the 25% return fee, but Heal's has refused to acknowledge any responsibility and has retained the full 25% of the order value.

Wow, what a fantastic shopping experience at Heals in Redbrick Mills. Darren was superb....very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. He has probably moved more chairs around the floor in our 3 visits than he has done in a while as we considered, and reconsidered, what chairs to pair with what dining table. He made the whole process an enjoyable experience without any hard sales or pressure tactics...what a gent. The result, 8 dining chairs and a table ordered. Thank you Darren for everything....we will definitely be back when we need further furniture or home accessories.

Me and my wife went shopping at Redbrick Mill in Batley where Heals have a huge store that is beautifully layed out.

After a day of shopping and picking items for our home we were lucky enough to bump in to Darren P who has made our shopping experience incredibly easy.

We picked our items and kept in touch sent a list to Darren and he took care of the rest. Great experience and we will be using Darren going forwards for all of our furniture needs from Heals.

I would like to thank Antonis for his fantastic customer service when in the store on Tottenham Court Rd on Saturday.

Having just transacted with Heal's for the first time I can only say that my experience thus far has been first rate. Their commitment to providing a level of customer service with is both personable and comprehensive is to be applauded, in a world where the upholding of such values is becoming increasingly rare. I'd like to particularly call out Darren Passmore at the Redbrick MIll store for his dedication to providing the very best customer experience - thank you!

I have amended my review up as my parcel arrived quickly, and my low review before was because a website error prevented me from ordering in to store. But when I mentioned that in my review here, Heal’s replied advising I reach out to customer services, and when I did they promptly refunded me the delivery fee, so that was a good customer service experience.

Awful experience -having bought 4 lights from here, I bought another 4 for other areas. 1 was clearance and the other 3 were at full price, Not in stock Delivery 4-5 April. On 22/04 I chased them to be told they have the stock ( for 3 weeks ) but they didn't have the clearance light and I would have to re order at full price dueto their MISTAKE. After 2 days they offered me10% off this light only. I pointed out to head of customer service that I could cancel the whole order and re order via the website and get 10% off the whole order and she said “You can cancel the whole order if you would like?”
And so that’s what I did -now ordered them elsewhere.
Congratulations -you have cost Heals a customer of 30 years. Never returning. AVOID Heals.Worst retail experience ever

Interestingly this is my 2nd review as the head of customer service asked Trustpilot to remove my review as I mentioned her name. She is mentioned in another review which wasn't negative and surprise surprise that one wasn't taken down

post script after Heals pointless apology- A company that makes a mistake and rather than put it right ( knocking off the £90 that was the discount of the light they sold to someone else ) they wanted me to pay full price because if their mistake? POINTLESS

Found my product when other retailers didn’t have it … thank goodness for Heals

I came into heals and I was welcomed by Benita and Sayma they were really helpful and friendly and helped with my exchange this is my second time coming and i was very happy with my experience great customer service from both staff.

George and Meg in the Bath Located Store have been outstanding! I have a trade account activated recently but couldn't find the light fitting online was directed to the Bath Store who literally have gone over and above to help and restored my faith back into Heals after a not so reliable start with another team.

George and Meg I hope Heals give you a raise as you deserve it, what a shame the rest of the companies standard isnt as high as yours they should look and learn how you do it!!

We ordered a Harri corner sofa from Heal’s in December. Great customer service and communication throughout and the sofa was delivered around a month early!

They also arranged a repair of the sofa for free within a week of delivery as the underside was damaged by the courier.
