Damaged Radiator replacement
In all fairness, I have to say that Heat and Plumb Customer Service are very good indeed, from the moment I reported that my new radiator has a dent in it they took control of the situation, asked for some photos and asked me to wait a while!
A gentleman called Shoeb then emailed me asking if I would keep the radiator and he would arrange a discount! (As it appeared only a surface dent) I said I would prefer a replacement!
From then on in, he arranged everything,
Over the next day or so Shoeb emailed me to what was going on, and then a driver turned up with a brand new radiator and took the damaged one away!
