A good range of products were available…
A good range of products were available and, most importantly, the ones I was looking for were immediately available at a good price. Once ordered, I was sent full details of the delivery arrangements, timing and tracking. One of the products was delivered in a damaged state and when I reported this using their online tool, it was immediately replaced. The added value came from a follow-up call from them to check I received the replacement and that it was in good condition.

Great experience - also we were somewhat delayed fitting one of the stands and when we unwrapped it having had it around for a month or 2 one of the legs was shorter - quickly resolved and replaced all free of charge by Mack at Heat and plumb - all excellent and good communication as well
