First Class Service
This was my first time using heatandplumb, and I cannot fault the service. I had a problem with a damaged towel rail, this would have happened in production and been unknown to heatandplumb. I spoke to Aadi who arranged for a courier to return and simply swap the item for another. No need to arrange a return and then buy another, and they contacted me to make sure that everything was okay with the replacement.

The shower tray arrived one day later…
The shower tray arrived one day later than the scheduled delivery date. This was particularly disappointing as my bathroom renovation was running to a tight schedule, making timely delivery important. While I appreciate the company’s assistance, the delay added unnecessary pressure.

Absolutely Fantastic Service!!!
Contacted Heat & Plumb to see if they were able to help me with some alternative spacers for my radiators. I dealt with Shoeb who was most helpful and managed to source exactly what I was looking for from the original manufacturer and these were sent out to me free of charge, even though I purchased the radiators back in 2024. WOW!!! What excellent service, Shoeb even followed up with me to ensure that they arrived. I would absolutely recommend Heat & Plumb who should be very proud to have such a superb employee - thank you Shoeb!!!
