I needed an item within the 3 day delivery period stated on HeatandPlumb’s website, but received notification of a 4/5 day delivery time. I called and the agent made every effort to address my requirement. I got my item within 3 days! The agent kept me updated on progress. Very grateful for his intervention but think the firm SHOULD be more clear about delivery times on their website as customers like me rely on them.

Arrangement of re-delivery & collection
Received two incorrect parts from my order. Joel at Heat & Plumb helped arrange delivery of the correct parts. The collection of one of the incorrect parts was hit and miss, being collected over a week later. However, the service to get the collection done was always efficient and polite with continual updates on the issue.
