I searched for a new mixer tap for the kitchen on the internet and found Heat & Plumb had the item I was looking for. The price was better than expected and once I confirmed the measurements were as required I ordered it. I needed an item within the 3 day delivery period stated on HeatandPlumb’s website, but received notification of a 4/5 day delivery time. I called and the agent made every effort to address my requirement. I got my item within 3 days! The agent kept me updated on progress. Very grateful for his intervention but think the firm SHOULD be more clear about delivery times on their website as customers like me rely on them.

Arrangement of re-delivery & collection
Received two incorrect parts from my order. Joel at Heat & Plumb helped arrange delivery of the correct parts. The collection of one of the incorrect parts was hit and miss, being collected over a week later. However, the service to get the collection done was always efficient and polite with continual updates on the issue.

Poor after sales performance......
Bought a shower screen advertised as in stock. Was emailed that it shipped but 9 days later it still hadn't arrived. I called and after some investigation they said it had been damaged in transit and they didn't have another one to send. Tried to sell me an alternative. I said no and asked for a refund. The order was cancelled and I was told the refund would be processed that day and would be with me in 3 to 5 days. Said I would be emailed when the refund was processed. That took 2 days. So they are going to be sitting on my cash for over 2 weeks. To add insult to injury, the shower screen I ordered is still advertised on their website despite them telling me that they had none in stock and it had been discontinued!!!
