Poor after sales performance......
Bought a shower screen advertised as in stock. Was emailed that it shipped but 9 days later it still hadn't arrived. I called and after some investigation they said it had been damaged in transit and they didn't have another one to send. Tried to sell me an alternative. I said no and asked for a refund. The order was cancelled and I was told the refund would be processed that day and would be with me in 3 to 5 days. Said I would be emailed when the refund was processed. That took 2 days. So they are going to be sitting on my cash for over 2 weeks. To add insult to injury, the shower screen I ordered is still advertised on their website despite them telling me that they had none in stock and it had been discontinued!!!

Ordered a bathroom set from Heat and…
Ordered a bathroom set from Heat and Plumb. It arrived quickly and perfect condition but the wrong towel rail was sent. I contacted them and a pick up and replacement was arranged for just a few days. Pooja was great at keeping me updated and the whole process was seamless and stress free, would definitely recommend and use again.

Hudson Reed Fusion and Nuie mirror cabinet
I recently purchased a Hudson Reed Fusion 600 mm vanity unit with basin and Nuie mirrored cabinet in gloss white for our small ensuite. The furniture arrived in perfect condition and the delivery driver even gave us a two hour delivery time frame. Throughout the process, the staff at Heat & Plumb could not have been more helpful. Joel personally followed the transaction from start to finish and we even got a phone call to ask if we needed to add any pipework. In all, a flawless experience. I will be back for some more bathroom products in the near future for our family bathroom. Thank you everyone!
