Excellent range of products prices
Excellent range of products often much cheaper than elsewhere. They are easy to reach by phone with short waiting times. Call staff are very helpful in sorting out any queries. The kitchen sink and tap arrived promptly - they have not been installed they look to be of good quality.

Ordered a bathroom set from Heat and…
Ordered a bathroom set from Heat and Plumb. It arrived quickly and perfect condition but the wrong towel rail was sent. I contacted them and a pick up and replacement was arranged for just a few days. Pooja was great at keeping me updated and the whole process was seamless and stress free, would definitely recommend and use again.

Hudson Reed Fusion and Nuie mirror cabinet
I recently purchased a Hudson Reed Fusion 600 mm vanity unit with basin and Nuie mirrored cabinet in gloss white for our small ensuite. The furniture arrived in perfect condition and the delivery driver even gave us a two hour delivery time frame. Throughout the process, the staff at Heat & Plumb could not have been more helpful. Joel personally followed the transaction from start to finish and we even got a phone call to ask if we needed to add any pipework. In all, a flawless experience. Great Service
Heat and plumb supplied a wall hung basin unitabout 18 months ago. Unfortunately the basin cracked when a heavy glass fell on it. The guys at Heat and Plumb were really helpful and were able to supply a replacement basin without the need to replace everything saving me £200. Great Service and I will definitely use heat and plumb again

I ordered two items for my bathroom…
I ordered two items for my bathroom renovation from Heat and Plumb, as they offered the best value for money on the market. The entire process, from order to delivery, was handled by Joel.
One of the items turned out to be out of stock, but Joel handled the situation exceptionally well. He checked the status with the warehouse, suggested suitable alternatives, and made sure everything would arrive on time.

Amazing customer service from start to finish. Ordered Tuesday, delivered Friday. Called me after my order was confirmed to prompt me to accept the confirmation. The manufacturer dropped the wrong waste kit in the box. We bought another as we had to fit the sink. They're sorting out a refund for the waste. Excellent Comms. WhatsApp too!
