Prompt response to my enquiry, contact via WhatsApp so I could re-arrange the appointment swiftly, notes properly held on computer so we could pick up conversation where it was left off. Just really efficient! Plus the engineer who turned up was polite and got the job done. Follow up email to check in on how appointment went was a nice touch too.

I hired heatico November 2023 to fix my flush. They ended up replacing it and as a result a horrible noise is coming from my water pipes every time i flush. Apparently they placed the wrong replacement parts. Its been a year of me chasing them to come and fix their mess but they ignore me. Horrible service! They charge me more than £300 btw! Horrible engineer horrible customer service. Stay away.

We are very happy with Heatico services. We've returned from our Holiday to a broken boiler. We've called Heatico who came to our rescue promptly and effectively by booking us an installation appointment the next day. On the installation day everything went on smoothly. We would like to say a BIG Thank You to Andrew (Sales) and Elvis (Engineer) our rescuers :)

After a callout from August last year, an engineer informed us they’d get back to us with quotes for a repair and an invoice for the callout. Neither of these materialised.
After 8 months and still no invoice, payment link or any communication I was sent a threatening text saying we must settle outstanding payments by 1pm the same day and pay a late fee.
After chatting with multiple people requesting an invoice and explaining we had no opportunity to pay until now but were happy to pay for the callout as soon as a payment link was sent to us but felt the late payment fee was unfair.
We were met with hostility and told if we disputed any further we’d incur further admin fees. I paid for the callout but will not pay the late fee.
Would never use this company again
