Great gas engineer, poor customer service.
Our engineer was polite, friendly, personable and quick, and very unobtrusive.
The person who we had correspondence with though, was inflexible and rude on various occasions, getting unreasonably snappy when we were unavailable at 1 hour's notice for a visit that evening. After that, we had various threats about her having to contact our estate agent about us declining this legal requirement multiple times - an overall stressful and uncomfortable experience, redeemed to some degree by our excellent gas engineer.

Excellent service. Fast response, quick and reasonable quote. Then when delayed over Xmas, Andrew followed up to arrange. I didn't have to chase. Nice and efficient. Very helpful indeed.

Andrew from Heatico was excellent. When I needed a new boiler installed he offered me a very competitive quote, almost half what I'd been originally quoted, and explained the work that was required in detail to me. The installation was smooth and effective and followed up with a request to register the boiler's warranty and reach out if there were any issues. Thank you!

Extremely disorganised
The first appointment was cancelled ant short notice after I’d made arrangements to be home. The second appointment was scheduled for 3pm onwards and the technician arrived at 1.30 when I was in the middle of work calls that I couldn’t miss, and the technician needed to be in my office. Incredibly disrorganised.
