At least one order a year here and never had any surprise, fast shipping and great product.

I had an issue with a pair of flip-flops. The soul was coming unglued causing me to trip. I wrote customer service must have been 3 months after purchase. They applied store credit without an argument. All they wanted was a picture. This is how customer service should be. Ty

Great customer service! I asked for the warranty of my raincoat and they responded promptly! Very happy with the interaction!

One code in particular developed problems. This was a rare occurrence because their products are so good. They immediately honored the warranty and shipped out a replacement.

Long-time HH customer (love my sailing jacket, past ski jackets too). My son's Sogn Cargo pants — a gift, no receipt — had both waist snaps pull out. Filed a warranty claim expecting a fight; Mike on their customer care team approved it anyway on a rough purchase date, no proof needed, and issued full retail value in store credit. That's how you keep a customer.

I purchased a Helly Hansen Steve Helly Tech Professional jacket (~$1200). It recently started peeling at the interior seams.
Helly Hansen acknowledged it's a Helly Tech garment with "limited lifetime warranty" but denied the claim solely due to the item's age (10+ years), calling it normal wear. They offered only a 30% discount as "goodwill."
For a premium technical jacket from their highest lineup, this feels inadequate. The warranty language led me to expect better support for manufacturing issues like delamination, not a flat denial based on age.
I also have another pair of Odin pants where the seam at the bottom delaminated. These were replaced within a year of purchase, but here we are again with the new version also delaminating.

Disappointing customer service for a brand I trusted. Will think twice before buying again.

Very happy with the warranty and customer service regarding a Ski Jacket which had a fault in the zipper 5 years after purchase. There was no fuss involved.
The process was very fast, and I received store credit for the full retail value of the jacket. I'll continue to purchase HH based on this, on top of the good quality of the item.

I have never in my life had a better customer service experience!
My Helly Hansen Powder Queen ski jacket zipper would not come undone at the bottom. Much to my surprise, because it was still under warranty Helly Hansen provided me full create for a new jacket.
I truly could not have dreamed of a better outcome!
And this is why I will shop Helly Hansen forever! The quality is top notch customer service cannot be beat!! Thank you Helly Hansen!

I had an issue with a pair of shoes I purchased. It was my second pair which had an issue with the heal, HH was very helpful and send me a store credit to purchase a new pair very quickly. I am very happy with their service.

Signed up for email to get my 15% discount off first order. Marketing Emails delivered immediately but no 15% code. Waited several days and still no code so placed an order and as soon as I had done that a code arrives! Not very impressed with your marketing tactics. I am awaiting my order - hopefully I will be more impressed with the products.

Libby from the UK customer service office gave me the best and most helpful customer service experience I have had in the last few years. Quickly listened to my question found a solution in minutes and settled the issue.

quick and effective response

My jacket Salt Original arrived late due to a train delay and a truck mechanical issue, but my disappointment is mainly about the new Salt Original Jacket. I own the 2009 version, and this updated model feels like a downgrade. The hand pockets are small and closed with short Velcro strips that don’t cover the full opening, making them less practical. The inner pocket is also too small, whereas the older model had a much more useful mesh pocket. The collar and hood are still good, but overall functionality has decreased. I am returning the product. As well I noticed that HH charges fees for each return, that is not a good point.

Being a Sailing Coach at the California Yacht Club we face all types of weather on the water! Based in California but attending events all over the country and world, it's great to have the support of Helly Hansen and being able to always have the top gear on the market. Thanks a lot!

I purchased an Alpha Lifaloft ski jacket and after three seasons the jacket broke. After providing some photos and a description HH provided me with a full store credit to purchase a new jacket. This was great service and would make me shop again.
