I had an issue with my rain pants that was resolved and I received a refund.

We contacted HH after a rain jacket we purchased 10 years ago, started peeling apart around the hood and down the back, leaving debris all over. We asked if the jacket was still under warranty and it was! The Customer Service response was quick and very easy. We took pictures of the jacket inside and out and the tags sewn inside. They responded with a store credit which allowed us to purchase a replacement jacket. The order will be here next week and we can't wait to wear the new HH when it rains in New England again!

A week before an event, one of our amazing executives asked for orange jackets that we could get embroidered with our company logo. I wanted a Nordic brand (our HQ is in Denmark) that we would actually wear and also needed it fast. I found a men/women's express ordered them. When it came time for me to update our expense program, I couldn't find the receipts. I reached out to HH Customer Care and within 24 hours the invoices were in my inbox. This was one of the best Customer Care experiences I've ever had. 10 out of 10

I reached out to them regarding the quality of hiking boots and they gave me a credit to get new ones! The comfort of helly hansen hiking boots is fantastic!

We organized a trip in Kirghizistan , 6 skiers + Italian guide + local guide (suggested).
Amazing days in the Tian Shan Mountains!
We sent beautiful skiing days and powder runs; HH clothing help me to stay dry and warm, topping +4000m mountains in the core of the winter, living in traditional iurta but paying attention at the tricky snow above 30 degrees. Have fun !

I purchased in your isle of wight store, and the lady was so helpful! I was in a rush and was desperate for some kids shorts on an unexpected hot day and she went above and beyond massive thank you Kelly!

While on a cruise in Europe we purchased a HH jacket.
After returning home we realized the zipper did not work properly.
Since we live in Arizona we could not return to the store so I wrote HH and the very kindly sent me a credit to purchase a new jacket online.

Helly Hansen products are well made and they stand behind their products. Their customer service team is attentive and knowledgeable. They made the process clear and helped resolve my issue. We are an active family and now we will be rocking our gear! Love that they stand behind what they make and think of layers that keep us warm is the coldest conditions.

Ich habe die Helly Hansen Jacke im November letzten Jahres gekauft, und bereits im April dieses Jahres habe ich sichtbare Abnutzungserscheinungen, besonders um den Kragen herum, bemerkt. Aus diesem Grund habe ich den Hersteller kontaktiert und nach einer Garantie gefragt, aber die Antwort war, dass es keine Garantie gibt und dass dies lediglich Anzeichen von Nutzung seien. Das ist für mich völlig inakzeptabel, da die Jacke nicht unter extremen Bedingungen genutzt wurde, und bei diesem Preis hätte ich weitaus bessere Qualität erwartet.

Ich frage mich, wie diese Jacke nach drei Jahren Nutzung aussehen würde, denn das, was schon nach nur wenigen Monaten passiert ist, zeigt eindeutig, dass die Qualität weit von dem entfernt ist, was versprochen wurde. Ich habe das Gefühl, dass ich betrogen wurde – als großer Hersteller scheint ihre Politik darauf hinauszulaufen, "Einwegprodukte" zu verkaufen.

Wenn Sie planen, Produkte von Helly Hansen zu kaufen, denken Sie gut nach. In meinem Fall war es ein kompletter Fehlgriff, und ich werde definitiv nicht wieder in ihre Produkte investieren.

My husband and I have nearly all Helly ski gear, from base layers to our shells and pants. I was so bummed when my nearly new ski shell had a malfunction with the zipper that was beyond any effort to repair. After providing all my info on the jacket, purchasing etc, the HH team was really helpful and are making sure I can get back out there with a shell that zips.
Continue to be a big HH fan and look forward to rocking the brand for years to come - thank you so much.

I was helped quickly and efficiently. My only complaint is that after submitting my information I was sent an email asking for all of that same information again.

I had purchased a new pair of ski pants and had noticed after the first day that there was a tear in them and didn’t realize it happened. I reached out to customer care who got back to me right away to rectify the situation.

J'ai acheté le très haut de gamme des vestes Helly Hansen, la Odin infinity, pour des activités de montagne.
Dès la première sortie, la teinture a commencé à partir autour des coutures. J'ai contacté Helly Hansen rapidement pour pouvoir bénéficier de la garantie. Malheureusement, le service client Helly Hansen refuse une prise en charge malgré l'évidence des preuves apportées, notamment par les photographies envoyées.
Une grande déception pour une marque qui avait jusque là ma confiance...

I bought two separate jackets at the end of last season.
First jacket: (don't remember th le line) I snowboarded for one day and found a large rip in the lining at the arm pit. I reviewed this immediately to the retail site where I bought it.
Second jacket (Powderqueen 3.0): I wore it two days snowboarding. The main zipper broke and I could only wear the jacket by pulling it over my head. I didn't get it returned immediately and so I couldn't return it or go through the original seller. I contacted Helly Hansen as it was under warranty but they would not repair or replace it. They gave me store credit. This year's end is season jackets will cost me >$100 to get a replacement.
Bottom line - I've tried two jackets. Both were broken within days. And now my only choice is to spend more $$ to hopefully get a third jacket that won't break within days. Not holding my breath.
