I had trouble with my order and reached out to their customer service department, the person was able to assist me and solved my problem quickly and effectively without any need for further follow ups - very trustworthy to know that HH will do what they say they will!

Helly Hansen has an excellent warranty. My son's snow pants seemingly weren't waterproof, and they made it right but crediting our HH account so we could purchase a new pair. Their customer service is topnotch, and they are always helpful and expedient in providing a solution. In addition to their excellent product, their customer service always brings me back for my kids' winter gear!

Prompt responses and a commitment to stand behind their product. Refreshing, actually, in today’s world. Thanks HH

After many seasons on the slopes the seam of my beloved HH ski jacket gave out. I reached out to customer service simply requesting a repair from but was told this issue was covered under warranty and I was given full retail credit on their website. Wow! Now that's excellent customer service. Big thanks to HH and let it snow!

I bought a men's Crew Hooded Sailing Jacket 2.0 from my usual retailer. But I'm not completely satisfied with it. I'm used to walking a lot. By the end of my walk, I'm very sweaty. Yet it says it's breathable. True, I live in Southern Italy, not Norway.

At first, HH jacket was great but after few years and first wash it fell apart. Out of many same age jackets as HH I have, HH is the only one that deteriorated and of course HH came up with excuse NOT to honor warranty. Buyers beware.

Prior posting this negative review, I did contact HH customer service on 11/11/2025 and instead of honoring "lifetime warranty" I was offered 30% off a new jacket, lol.
No thanks.

Customer Service was amazing. My jacked got a tear and I reached out to CS. Within 24 hours I got a response and a credit store for the value of my product. 100% worth spending a bit more money and buying HH products when you get this level of support.

Really disappointed with HH quality. I expected much more durability from the active outdoor kids shoes.
Bought a pair in XXL.SE shop. After s couple of months my daughter said that her feet are wet even when she just walk on the wet grass. I checked the shoes and found out that they are now completely open and can’t really be used.
Changed shoes to waterproof Reima sneakers.
Really uppset with HH.

Ordered 3 items on their website with a friends and family code. The order was accepted and money taken for the purchase. Sent an email to ask if they could delay sending the product until I returned from holiday. Received an email 2 days later saying they could not delay the delivery but no explanation to say get in touch with DHL and arrange a later deliver. DHL allowed me to delay delivery from their tracking. Later in the day received another email from HH saying my order had been dispatched but some items 2 out of 3 were not available they were sold out.😖 How does that work in this day and age products are usually uploaded to companies web sites and when sold you cannot order. Never experienced this before from a big company. No service at all from this company just AI messages.

I was initially impressed with the fit and warmth of the Odin Stretch Hooded Insulator, but unfortunately, the quality did not hold up. Just over a year after purchase, the seam pulled apart with normal use. I reached out to Helly Hansen for a replacement, but they refused to honor it, citing the warranty period. For a premium brand, I expected better durability and customer support. Disappointed and won’t be buying from them again.

Helly Hansen stands by their products. A zipper pull broke on my shell they gave me full credit to replace it. Customer service was extremely prompt.

I emailed last week about my rain jacket that lost a snap after 3 wears. I received a prompt response and store credit that I have applied towards a replacement. I am very satisfied with Helly Hansen customer service. Thank you very much!

Paid for a product and nothing turns up. No email from DHL, nothing from HellyHansen….so basically you take peoples money and then deliver nothing! Appalling service and I would never purchase anything from you criminals again!

Für mich hat sich das Unternehmen für die Zukunft erledigt.
Zwei Jacken in 10 Tagen gekauft ,letztere vor 1 Tag ,habe leider die 20% nicht beachtet.Nun habe ich den darauf folgenden Werktag angerufen und hatte die 20% angesprochen ,der nette Mitarbeiter mußte die Geschäftleitung fragen ob dieses bei einem erledigten
Einkauf noch möglich ist.Als Kulanz wurde mir ein Code.für den nächsten Einkauf gegeben. Würde man aber sowieso bekommen wenn man Newsletter zulassen würde.
Ich verabschiede mich höflichst bei Ihnen und hoffe das man aus diesem Vorfall evtl.lernt. Fa Breuninger,Fa.Hirmer,Fa P&C halten es Kundenorientierter.......
