Extremely unprofessional - would not waste my time again with these people - there are many good estate agents so why go with such unprofessional ones like these

Never seen good agency like Henleys.I had a really stressful experience with my deposit and was close to losing almost all of it, which was incredibly frustrating. However, Mikhil from the agency was extremely helpful throughout the process. He took the time to listen to my concerns, kept me updated, and worked hard to resolve the issue. Thanks to his efforts, I was able to recover nearly all of my deposit. I really appreciate his professionalism and support—it made a huge difference in what could have been a very negative experience.

I had a very good experience with this agency. The staff were prompt, reliable, and extremely helpful throughout the process. From my first meeting with Borys and Mikhil, both were professional, courteous, and clear in their communication. They assisted in getting everything sorted quickly and efficiently, making what could have been a stressful time a smooth and straightforward transition.

Our overall experience with Henleys Estate Agents has been very positive. From the start, the team was incredibly responsive to our request to move in earlier than planned, and they made sure everything went smoothly during the transition. A special mention goes to the Lettings Manager, Mikhil, who went above and beyond to ensure we were well-oriented and settled in comfortably. He was professional, polite, and clearly knowledgeable about what excellent customer service looks like.
I’d also like to recognize Jill, who was extra responsive and very helpful throughout the process. She made communication easy and ensured that our questions and concerns were promptly addressed — her efficiency really stood out and made the experience much smoother.
The thoughtful welcome gift box upon moving in was also a lovely touch that made us feel appreciated as new tenants.
However, I’d like to share some feedback on two of the agents we interacted with earlier. During our property viewing, Borys seemed a bit impatient when my little one was naturally curious and moving around—his side glances made the experience slightly uncomfortable. Additionally, Myra, who once called regarding a contractor concern, came across as quite abrupt. While I understand scheduling can be tight, her tone felt dismissive, especially as I was managing my crying toddler at the time and she didn’t offer any flexibility or alternatives.
Both Borys and Myra could take a page from Mikhil’s and Jill’s book—their professionalism, empathy, and responsiveness truly set the standard for how great service should be delivered. Overall, I’m happy with the company and our new home, but a little more warmth and understanding from all staff would make the experience even better.

Good communication and helpful

I had an excellent experience with this agency. The entire team is highly professional, attentive, and efficient. They made the rental process exceptionally smooth, with no stress or unnecessary bureaucracy. Communication was always clear and prompt — all my emails were answered quickly and with great care. I truly appreciate their professionalism and would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable letting agency.

We worked with these agents when buying our property. It was a unique property with an outhouse suitable for my elderly parents to live in. Gin and Kavita were understanding of our position and were abosulutely amazing throughout the whole process. They helped us to get our offer accepted despite competition at the time and negotiate good terms. They also helped to chase the solicitors on both sides and without them I do not think we would have made it to completion.

If you want estate agents that are honest and truly care then I would recommend them highly!

This is the nicest estate agent I've ever had to deal with. Denise, was prompt and knowledgeable with her responses and stayed within the stated time frames. And for the first time ever in my 40 years of exposure to estate agents, she was the first one to wish us well in our new rental. Thank you for making it such a smooth process!

In what is a difficult market at this time, Bob continued to provide assistance and support throughout the sale of my property, which at some points became arduous to say the least.
He showed respect and empathy at all times, but above all his communication was flawless. He answered all of my phonecalls and emails, and when he was not available, he returned every single phonecall to me. This is sadly a rare, but inspiring quality in modern business communication. He dealt with all of my enquiries with openness and honesty, which is again a rare quality.
I would recommend this agent to anyone for these reasons alone, and in spite of some difficulties with my sale, the experience was greatly improved by this individual.
