I ordered some hug cards for loved ones and the beautiful Easter egg hunt kits for my god children! Arrived to everyone on time, such speedy delivery! I have received lots of happy FaceTimes today to thank me for lovely gifts! Thank you to this company for its high quality and unique gifts! We had a few issues as the delivery details weren't 100% correct. When I contacted Emma, she was brilliant and managed to track the item and resend it to us. The sign is beautiful and we can't wait to display it at our wedding!

The Easter tags arrived within a few days of order - fantastic thank you! I ordered three, two of which have the name vinyl stickers on the shiny side, one has it on the reverse. Just a little something that doesn’t look right when they sit together as a set. But on the whole happy and hope to use the tags every year.
I would have liked to have known the size before purchase - couldn’t find it in the description, again not a major issue, just a little extra info would have helped.
Sorry, sounds negative, I’m not, I do like the pieces and would recommend - when others ask me where I purchased I will definitely send them to you!! Happy Easter

I ordered a large sign for my babies nursery 9 weeks ago. I paid £100 and have not been able to contact the seller.
I have emailed and sent numerous Instagram messages which are being read but totally ignored.
I never leave bad review however to lack of contact and being ignored after paying £100 9 weeks ago isn’t acceptable.
Ive has to contact my credit card provider to arrange a chargeback. My advice for anyone would be to buy elsewhere

I don't normally share reviews, but the service from the company has been none existent! I placed an order for just under £100 for a large name sign for my baby's nursery - there has been absolutely no contact about delivery, I have emailed and messaged numerous time and each time I have been ignored. Thankfully I paid via paypal and have opened a dispute, which the seller has still not even replied to, she even deleted my facebook comment off her page asking when she was going to reply to my emails and messages. There are other much more reliable companies on etsy who will produce the same items and actually send them to you!

Bought 2 cards from here’s to us, I made a mistake on one of them and they went out of there way to rectify it and help me by printing me another card that was correct. Will be buying from again.

The card was perfect, it arrived before my dispatch email and is lovely!

Terrible customer service. I ordered a laser cut name for my babies nursery in November and have still not received it. I have tried to contact the company on all social media platforms, email, text message and eventually opened a dispute case with PayPal as they have never responded. I am so pleased I paid with PayPal in the hope I get a refund. Such a shame communication iS so bad. I’m so upset as this was the finishing item to my babies room
