Amazing selection - all the brands, lots of colors - decent sales, love the universal fit system that mostly works. Love Tomina's notes on when to size up - very helpful. Shipping was fast.

Items received on time.
The size and colours of the robe and nightgown were correct. The fabric is a bit thin, I expected the fabric would be thicker.
Overall, I have a nice set to travel with.

The only place I can shop for bras
User friendly website, quick response and updates. Easy return labels. Wide selection of styles and sizes.
On the downside, shipping and return shipping fees, and an annoying number of emails.

I ordered 2 bras at the same time
I ordered 2 bras at the same time. One was on backorder, and I received timely updates regarding shipment and when to expect delivery. I found the first bra I received to be very uncomfortable. Returning it was very easy. A refund, minus my choice of a $7.50 charge for the return, was promptly received by my original payment source.
