I received an email with suggested items, I found it very helpful and followed it up with a couple purchases.

Terrible customer service and communication.

I ordered additional items that I already own, in the same size that I own. A different size was shipped. When I asked, the response was that the product uses UK sizing so Herroom shopped me a different size. They didn't ask, they didn't even communicate, they just sent me a different size. Had they asked, I would have reaffirmed that I wanted the size I ordered since I already own it in that size.

I asked customer service to send me a shipping label so I wouldn't have to pay to ship back the wrong items they sent. After over 2 weeks of sending messages and having them take days to almost a week to respond with generic messages that didn't address my request, I finally gave up and just paid to ship back the wrong items they sent. One response to my requeat for a orepaid ahipping label even said "we don't want you to have to pay for shipping, so please let us know how we can help."

Incredibly frustrating experience

I received my order on 10/07/26, but I only received 5 pairs of nylons and it showed I received 24, which would be correct, but I only received 5 - You keep telling me that the order was delivered and it doesn't seem like no one wants to help me. I am owed 19 more pairs!

Found the swimsuit I needed by brand and bra size easily. It was shipped quickly and well packaged. Arrived quickly. When I tried it on, it fit perfectly.

I received an email stating when my packages would arrive. The first package did not arrive as stated. It took a couple of times contacting customer service before I was told the anticipated date I will receive the products. In the end, the package arrived earlier than the last email from customer service with a delivery date. So I would probably give you 3 and 1/2 stars.

Items arrived on time. I didn't purchase any more items because the sale items were not available in my size ; small or medium.

I didn’t get what I ordered as described online. And I was made to pay for return shipping too.

What went wrong is it took 7 months to get 3 bras, and that's after having to reorder because the other never came. If I could give minus stars I would.

I ordered 2 size 40D bras, which I have done before, and these bras would not even go around my torso. These bras were mislabeled and did not allow the hooks to come close to closing.

However, your return policy worked correctly, but it was pitiful that for this type mislabeled item, I had to pay for your mistake.

HerRoom.com is my go to online store. They have the options, prices and a website that makes it easy. The return policy is amazing, and the customer service is exceptional. I absolutely recommend this site!

I'm just so disappointed. I used this same service back in 2024 and got 4 different bras that were amazing. I just wanted to stock up on back up bras now that I'm older and what I received was just so so wrong. I can't buy size 28HH in normal stores and after my implants my doctor says I need to wear wired bras since my brest are too for my thin frame. I ordered my size in the same type of bras i was trying to replace and the cup size are now too thin and way too big. I understand time's are hard for business but I believe if you sell quality products than the profits will show up. I just need suportive bras that fit me. I have pictures if you need me to send them. I don't really leave my home so returns are out of the question.
