Quick delivery. Great bras.

Found the swimsuit I needed by brand and bra size easily. It was shipped quickly and well packaged. Arrived quickly. When I tried it on, it fit perfectly.

The product, very soft and comfortable. It is not good if requiring support

Good product

The wide selection of styles and prices made my shopping experience enjoyable. The products are well-displayed and described.
The shipping time was not immediate, but the parcel arrived with care and appreciation.

They took too long to get my order to me. Other than that they were good. I love my panties.

Nice product but wrong fit for me. They processed return in a timely manner.

I received an email stating when my packages would arrive. The first package did not arrive as stated. It took a couple of times contacting customer service before I was told the anticipated date I will receive the products. In the end, the package arrived earlier than the last email from customer service with a delivery date. So I would probably give you 3 and 1/2 stars.

Items arrived on time. I didn't purchase any more items because the sale items were not available in my size ; small or medium.

I didn’t get what I ordered as described online. And I was made to pay for return shipping too.

What went wrong is it took 7 months to get 3 bras, and that's after having to reorder because the other never came. If I could give minus stars I would.

I ordered 2 size 40D bras, which I have done before, and these bras would not even go around my torso. These bras were mislabeled and did not allow the hooks to come close to closing.

However, your return policy worked correctly, but it was pitiful that for this type mislabeled item, I had to pay for your mistake.

HerRoom.com is my go to online store. They have the options, prices and a website that makes it easy. The return policy is amazing, and the customer service is exceptional. I absolutely recommend this site!

I'm just so disappointed. I used this same service back in 2024 and got 4 different bras that were amazing. I just wanted to stock up on back up bras now that I'm older and what I received was just so so wrong. I can't buy size 28HH in normal stores and after my implants my doctor says I need to wear wired bras since my brest are too for my thin frame. I ordered my size in the same type of bras i was trying to replace and the cup size are now too thin and way too big. I understand time's are hard for business but I believe if you sell quality products than the profits will show up. I just need suportive bras that fit me. I have pictures if you need me to send them. I don't really leave my home so returns are out of the question.

Promptness of service. Sorry the bra didn't work for me. I have to see it before buying, I guess.

I trusted the descriptions of different bras & all three failed. I emailed customer service for help as to what I can do. The answer was not new suggestions, the answer was simply to initiate a return. This is exactly why I can't ever trust online purchasing. Vendors charge up my credit card and I have merchandise that'll never work for what I really needed. What a waste.

Fast delivery. Great price! Love the bras! Plan on getting more!!

Got late notice on sale. Even though my size was gone, went with a smaller swimsuit bottoms. It would be nice if you had tankinis with matching bottoms instead of picking and choosing throughout the WHOLE website to see what can be combined. Oh well, at least I’m satisfied to have purchased modest swim bottoms. Be nice to get a latex free swim top. The elastic in bottoms are well covered in fabric unlike all the swim tops that dig into the skin with latex elastics.

I am so pleased with these bras. Having a bigger bust than most, it is hard to find quality bras. Thank you.
