Great customer service
Charlotte has been so kind, helpful, and easy to work with and I felt that I was in safe hands from the first email. She helped resolve some issues that we had with the IT side of things and always was quick to reply, knowledgeable and felt like she really cared about providing great customer service which she most certainly did.

Great Support from Resales at Heylo
Ewa helped us tremendously went we hit a valuation issue and kept the whole process on target. Heylo went the extra mile and were so supportive fully understanding the pressure and stress that selling causes and particularly shared ownership as more involved when reselling. Natasha and her team were amazing at helping us last minute with our move. We had document that needed sending across 2 days before our move date and although their team were busy, they made sure to get it through and updated us all the way.

Resale Purchase
Recently started the process of buying a shared ownership home through Heylo and the it has been straightforward. Everyone I’ve spoken to has been polite and helpful. In particular, Natasha in Resales has been brilliant - friendly, professional and super efficient.
I regularly deal with leasehold and help to buy companies as part of my work and usually find them frustratingly slow and disjointed. Grateful my experience with Heylo has not been like that!

Accounts Department - Abysmal!
Speaking to someone in accounts is nothing but impossible. No response to emails or calls. Been trying to simply change my direct debit date. Paid additional payments which they did not lodge on my account. Should be in credit by a month but they are saying I am not. Proof of Bank statements given. Still unresolved! Awful customer services.
