Hifi Gear Reviews

Excellent packaging, quick delivery, and the new stylus sounds great.

Was looking to purchase new CD player that was not widely available anymore. My great initial contact with Jamie gave me the confidence to travel up from E.Sussex to visit the store.
Excellent advice from start to finish and I'm very much enjoying my new purchase.

Good friendly service and punctual

Hi-fi stand arrived promptly, it was easy to assemble, and it looks great in room. Highly recommend

I was impressed by the speed and efficiency with which my problem was resolved i.e. purchasing a replacement remote for a Naim Uniti product and getting it shipped to ROI.
I ordered the product on 01/05/2026 and received it on 05/05/2026, after paying import duties.
I had originally ordered a replacement remote from a dealer in London on 17/04/2026 and after two weeks of waiting re-contacted the supplier only to find out that the order had not been shipped even though my bank account had been debited on 20/04/2026.
My email informs me that the order is due to arrive today (08/05/2026) - just updated to between 09:20-13:20. Hah, soon have two remotes for my Nova!

Excellent and swift service from HiFiGear; I received my order promptly the next day plus the items were all nice and safely padded and packaged. Excellent job!

Lightning fast delivery and smooth, quick clear ordering process. Thanks! AAAAA +++ :)

Jamie and Charlie have been absolute legends . Nothing was too much trouble , and they are super knowledgable and first class service . Even though I live a fair few miles from Hereford , we will be using Hifi Gear again for all our audio needs .
Great prices and you were made to feel welcome and no hard sales or rushing you out of the door . Thank you guys for everything and looking forward to my Pro-Ject X perience sb .

A great selection of top end hi fi equipment. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I bought a LEAK system with a Bluesound streamer and it is absolutely wonderful. Helpful advice given by HiFiGear on a small glitch on setting it up.
It’s really good to have such a shop in a small city.
