Hifi Gear Reviews

Speedy delivery, very well packaged.
Perfect and a good sound.

Great, no hassle experience. Bought the speakers to click-and-collect, and they were happy to unpack and let me check them over in the shop, which was nice.

Competitive price, super fast delivery and fantastic product.
Making my PMC Prodigy 1 speakers sing

I received excellent service when purchasing a pair of PMC speakers, from an audition to recommendations of further upgrades to my hi-fi. Altogether a pleasant experience. I will not hesitate to use them again.

Excellent service. Fast delivery.cannot fault.

Great range of products, excellent demonstrations and helpful insight and suggestions. No pressure- just a relaxed, easy going approach to showing the capabilities of the pieces.

From the call about damaged item through to providing a replacement HiFiGear have given first class customer service. Thanks and recommend them without any hesitation

Superb, Superb, Superb, Nothing is to much trouble, bent over backwards to help, didn’t try to rush or push you into buying something you wouldn’t want, extremely courteous, knowledgeable and offer a very fair part exchange. No problems whatsoever and highly recommended thank you Jamie and Charlie.

I wanted a turntable to rediscover my old (currently unused) vinyl collection. Jamie was knowledgeable, as I'd expect, but also understood my requirements. No pushly sales, just sensible advice. I came out with a Rega Planar 3RS which I'm delighted with. I may even start buying vinyl again!

Extremely knowledgeable with great advice and very friendly. Will shop here again.

It’s not an everyday purchase, so you want that little bit more from someone selling you that little bit of luxury, and Jamie and Charlie do just that. From the first time we walked into the store just over a year ago to having my dream HiFi delivered they have been there, listening and suggesting those all important tweaks to the set up. Nothing has been too much trouble for them from demos to recommendations and then installing the final selection of kit we chose. Once it was in they didn’t stop with that, ensuring everything was just as we wanted it . As the advert says if Carling sold HiFi they would be selling HiFi Gear Hereford - it has simply been the best experience from start to finish.

The team is well-informed, and the ordering system is rapid and effective.

Effortless company to deal with, good people, no pressure, great products, nice shop, competitive too, very happy.

Knowledgeable staff and fast efficient ordering process.

Outstanding service- received item next day very well packed. Thoroughly recommended.

Really helpful on the 'phone. Shipped when they said it would ship and delivered next day.

Arrived the next day and in immaculate condition.

A very positive experience indeed.
I was debating another TT or to upgrade my current Rega.
I went the upgrade route and I got all the required items from these folk.
Delivery was fast and everything was packed very well for transportation.
I wouldn't hesitate using them again
