Paul arrived on time and quickly set to work. Very diligent and exceptionally careful to make sure there was no damage to surroundings whilst he completed the work. Lots of useful tips help and advice! Would highly recommend Highland Appliance!

Had a old, bulky American Fridge Freezer to disassemble & place outside for uplift before new Fridge Freezer could be installed. Scott & Chris could not have been more helpful with both items & left with my sincere thanks for just a great service.

Company replied quickly to fault logging. Engineer was polite and professional and diagnosed problem quickly.

Highly efficient from the very start, great communication by text/email/calls in advance, confirming time of visit. Paul identified what was wrong with my microwave immediately and had it fixed in no time. It was fitted into my kitchen units and he extracted it so carefully, with absolutely no damage and even showed me how to get it in and out easily by myself in future. Left everything clean and tidy and was friendly and very professional.

Delighted with service overall. Call out within 24 hours, really appreciated, Chris was professional, very knowledgable, gave suitable advice going forward should any issues arise and was happy to have general chat along the way. Called Highland Appliance when our Lamona Washing Machine showed an error code. The female call taker was very helpful and managed to assign a repair technician for the same day. The repairman arrived at 2 pm and had corrected the fault in 30 minutes. Chris was very competent and imparted a lot of knowledge about the fault in question.
I will definitely use Highland Appliance Services and recommend very highly.

Outstanding service! Another company let me down after I took the day off work to wait in for my washing machine to be repaired. In comparison, Paul from Highland Appliance Services was straight out to identify the problem and very quickly, a replacement machine was ordered, fitted and we were back up and running. Paid with Apple Pay via a card machine, which was incredibly convenient. Paul was on time, professional, polite, helpful, fast and friendly. Excellent all-round service - don’t hesitate to use this company for any of your repairs.
