Really good customer service from Sam Ashford ( account manager ) in helping me find insurance for an older property in North Wales which has a separate holiday let with a thatch roof . He was patient, courteous and thorough, and I felt he was genuinely looking for ways to help me rather than putting obstacles in the way which had been my experience when contacting all other insurers.
