Good overall
The best part of our experience during our purchase at Hilton garage was Georgiana, she was very professional and went the extra mile to help us through the process, which at times were complicated.
The down side, was trying to get through by phone, and how busy they were at times, and the waiting time.

❌ Absolute Nightmare Aftercare – Avoid at All Costs
I am incredibly disappointed with the shocking lack of professionalism and standard of service at Hilton Garage. Buying the car was easy, but the moment they took my money, customer care completely vanished.
Here is exactly why you should think twice before buying from them:
• Zero Quality Control: They clearly failed to perform proper safety and maintenance checks before handing over the car. I tried another car with engine light on; my Car within just a few days of driving it away, the vehicle had to be returned to them for repairs.
• The "Black Hole" Service Team: Communication is nonexistent. Once your car goes into their workshop, you are met with total radio silence. Online chats and emails are completely ignored, and they refuse to provide a target finish date or regular status updates. You are left completely in the dark.
• Severe Incompetence: To make matters worse, they ordered the wrong parts for the repair, forcing me to wait all over again. For an established dealership, this is unbelievably unprofessional.
• Unacceptable Delays: My car has been stuck there for nearly a month. This is a common model with common, widely available parts—there is absolutely no excuse for a standard repair to take an entire month.
Verdict: Hilton Garage is quick to make a sale but completely incompetent when it comes to fixing their own mistakes. If you value your time and peace of mind, buy your car somewhere else.

We are very sorry for the delay in completing your repair and appreciate how frustrating this experience has been.
As explained on several occasions, both parts required had to be supplied directly by Nissan and were on back order. Unfortunately, when they eventually arrived, Nissan had supplied the incorrect parts. We therefore had to return them and reorder the correct items, which remained on back order and caused a further lengthy delay.
We informed you of these issues as they arose. Between those updates, we were still awaiting the parts and had no further information to share. We do appreciate, however, that reassurance during that time would have been helpful.
Although these supply issues were outside our control, we recognise the inconvenience caused and sincerely apologise for the wait. We are pleased that the repairs have now been completed and your vehicle is back with you. Thank you for your patience while we worked to get this resolved.

Be prepared for a lot of waiting if you go at the weekend but the staff are all very friendly and helpful, especially Matt King. He was very knowledgeable and made the process relaxed and enjoyable.

Quick easy sale
Was able to see the car in person, arrange a test drive and they did sort out some issues with the car before collection.
Only reason for 4 stars is that you can only pay by bank transfer, they only accept credit cards up to £1000, so anything more they do not accept and have to bank transfer the other amount. Wasn’t told this at any stage other than when to pick up the car and pay.
