Every one from sales person to manager were kind and helpful, not only that two gentlemen who came to fit the carpet were good and helpful to fit the carpet in no time. Only price was slightly higher the other provider.
I would recommend HIMALAYA CARPET TO ANY ONE LOOKING FOR GOOD SERVICE.

Good service from start to finish, easy and straight forward all round. Pricing competitive and service great.

Good carpet selection, reasonable on price, and fitting went smoothly.

Went to their shop a few months back and found nothing of interest. Then on passing I again visited the shop to find loads of carpets that would suit my bedroom. Had tried Carpet rite and Tapi but found a much better deal here. ordered and within 10 days got the carpet fitted by a team of 3 fitters to my satisfaction. Of course I will use them again to do my stairs and landing. Only negative is they say free underlay. But the free underlay is not worth the offer.

Himalaya carpets have been serving us for years. We would not go anywhere else . They strive to get you what you need . Very polite people . The work they do laying carpets are first class ...

Himalaya Carpets is great company. They have a dedicated team that is willing to assist you with fitting your carpets, from start to finish. I feel like I'm walking on silk with my new carpet. I will let them carpet my from room soon a possible. My overall opinion, I would strongly recommend this company anytime someone need this type of service.

The lady who qouated & sold us the carpets & flooring initially was professional & fair. She kept in touch in terms of the fitters coming & she even got the second set of fitters to come on the weekend which was more convenient for me. The fitters themselves were efficient & friendly

Amazing from start to finish. Extremely professional and kept us updated throughout the process. Gunita and all the sales staff were amazing and the two carpet fitters were extremely friendly and professional. We could not have asked for more. Thank you again 👍🏾

The carpets are ever so slightly cheaper than other places. They told us we have to get grippers and if we don't any fitting issues will not be covered. They charged nearly £100 for grippers told us it is necessary to change. The free underlay is pretty much useless and the more "expensive" ones are of terrible quality. Do your own research and see if you really need these products before letting the scam you. A friend who installs carpets for a living told us the grippers were of the absolute cheapest kind and that we did not have to replace the grippers. This causes so many delays in installation as well as the ground underneath to be damaged by the gripper removal. They say that it's free installation but do your own calculations. The store tries to raise the price and charge for unnecessary items to make up the instalation fee.

This is the second time I have used Himalaya and I would recommend them to anyone.

Customer service in the store was good. The ladies were helpful. However, we were not kept up to date with the delivery of our carpets and the carpenters turned up at out door unexpected. We were lucky to not have to pay a cancellation fee as they had not confirmed they would be attending (as we need to shuffle all furniture beforehand). There was a long delay and communication with Himalaya was quite frankly awful. Otherwise, the 2 carpenters were so great. They did an amazing job and we are super pleased with our carpets! Really great quality and good price. Only thing to fault would be the communication of the team with their customers.

We visited the Southall showroom of Himalaya Carpets in the new year to choose and eventually place an order for carpets for a large rental property in W. London. The choice of carpets was vast, the sales and measurement service was very professional and the staff very polite. Most importantly the prices were very competitive. Once the fitting was arranged , the fitters arrived on time, they were very professional and polite and completed tge fitting to a good standard. We have no hesitation in using their services in the future and recommending them. Paul Riat OBE.
