I have very little knowledge about cars, so I can really worry when something goes wrong. Andy and the team at HiQ Redditch are always brilliant at taking that stress and worry away. They explain everything clearly, give honest advice, and make me feel reassured throughout the whole process.
They always get the work done quicker than expected and go above and beyond to help me keep my car in great condition. It’s such a relief knowing I can trust them completely.

I had a great experience with HiQ Tyres & Autocare Redditch and felt it was worth sharing.
After speaking with Andy in the morning about getting my 4x4 Tyers rebalanced before a trip to Wales, he was incredibly helpful and managed to fit me in the very same day at 3pm. That level of flexibility and customer service is hard to come by.
On arrival, I was impressed straight away — the waiting area is excellent and the staff were all friendly and welcoming. While carrying out the work, they also brought to my attention that the front brake pads were wearing low (but not urgently needing replacement). Based on the service I’d received so far, I jokingly said if they could get them done today, they could have the job.
To my surprise, within 25 minutes the parts had arrived and two of the team got straight to work — it was like watching a Formula One pit stop. Quick, efficient, and clearly very experienced.
What really stood out was the professionalism — they didn’t just do the job and move on. They checked tyre pressures, tread depth, measured the brake discs, and even gave the underside of the vehicle a once-over. Not once did it feel like they were trying to upsell, just genuine care and attention to doing things properly.
Highly rated garage and thoroughly deserved. I won’t hesitate to use them again for any future work or tyre replacements.

Booked my MOT in pretty last minute and Andy at HiQ Redditch managed to get me booked in. I was welcomed by Simon and offered a hot drink while I waited for my MOT to be completed. Thankfully all passed and safe for another year.

Spoke through every detail they done on the service. Top place 100% recommend.

I had an intermittent fault which was hard to diagnose. The guys kept taking it back and checking and eventually were able to diagnose and repair. I dropped it in one day it happened again and they fixed it same day. Very helpful
