HiQ Redditch offered a great service, really knowledgeable and friendly! I couldn’t recommend them enough

Spoke to Andy initially, then Simon. Had 4 tyres fitted to a Tesla. Couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. Good bunch of lads!!!

Popped in with a puncture!
Staff were friendly and welcoming! Fixed my puncture no problem, topped up my coolant for me and ran other general maintenance checks.

Pleasant, attentive interactions with Simon and his staff. Very well-priced MoT for my Fiesta.
Disappointing that, having booked an investigation of a slow puncture unresolved at an inspection 4 weeks before, no additional tests were undertaken despite having mentioned the earlier tests during the MoT-booking process. A third visit now scheduled.

Can not recommend these guys enough. After being treated absolutely appalling by kwik fit I went to hi q and they were so accommodating just lovely customer service and experience. If I could have gave more stars I would have. Thank you so much.

Had trouble with my tyre pressures sorted me out very quickly and reassured me all was safe.

Staff were simply excellent, when I needed reliable and efficient service to fit my winter tyres they went above and beyond. I cannot thank them or recommend the team enough!

Been here a few times now and can’t fault the friendly team within the garage, they are helpful and are fairly priced, big thanks to si also who has done all the work on my car. Would definitely recommend

Came to HiQ Redditch as a loyal customer of many years with a flat tyre.

They replaced it the next day. Upon collection of my car I was told that the tyre pressure light was still on- I was assured it should go off when I’ve driven for a bit but the sensor on the tyre was damaged and if the light didn’t go off it would need replacing.

I drove away and noticed that they hadn’t put a valve cap on the tyre- slightly odd for a tyre specialist? I went back after Andy, the assistant manager told me that they ‘had lots of them’.

Upon returning I mentioned that the pressure light hadn’t gone off. He said that the sensor was slightly cracked but he didn’t think it was enough for it to be a problem. I asked how much it would cost to fix and he said roughly anywhere between £50-£200.

I got in touch with two separate mechanics who advised me to go back to HiQ as the sensor would have been damaged when the tyre was changed. I didn’t hit anything when I got the flat tyre and the sensor was absolutely fine prior to the tyre being changed.

I went back and they said they would replace the sensor for me - no charge- so we can conclude it was their error.

However after leaving my car with them to sort the problem they created they are now saying they couldn’t code their sensors to my car. (A 14 reg Hyundai i10) and they were unable to locate any other sensors and couldn’t help further.

I am baffled at this. They created the issue- admitted it was their error but are now saying ‘sorry there’s nothing we can do.’ leaving me with an unexpected bill to foot for their carelessness.

I urge everyone to avoid this company unless you want to come away with more issues than you started with!!!!

I visited my local HiQ centre in Redditch today to book in my car for its service and MOT – something I've done for years. Let me be clear: this 1-star rating is not a reflection of today's visit, but rather a pointed message to HiQ’s corporate management for the way they’ve mishandled this centre over the last year.

In just 12 months, we’ve seen four different owners come and go. That is not just unsettling – it's unacceptable. My family and I were loyal, long-term customers during Brad’s tenure. He and his team ran a tight, trustworthy ship, and we built a genuine relationship with them over several years. When Brad moved on (deservedly), we welcomed Alan and Lee, who quickly earned our trust with their professionalism and customer-first attitude.

But apparently, HiQ corporate didn’t see their value. Alan and Lee disappeared, and we were suddenly handed over to Marcus. Fortunately, I had known Marcus from another centre, which softened the blow – but it was still another jarring shift with no communication, no continuity, no respect for loyal customers.

And now? Marcus is gone too. Yet another replacement, another disruption. The centre is left scrambling with temporary cover. Meanwhile, your website still clings to "Brad and his team" as if nothing’s changed – which frankly feels like a slap in the face to customers who’ve stuck with you through all this instability.

HiQ corporate, wake up. You’re not just shuffling names on a staff rota. You’re destroying customer trust built over years of consistent, quality service. Your chaotic, top-down management strategy is bleeding this centre of its identity – and of the loyalty that once made it a reliable, go-to service hub in Redditch.

The service team on the ground are doing their best. But it’s the revolving door at the top, driven by short-sighted corporate decisions, that’s driving customers like me away.

Sort it out – before you lose everyone else, too.

Guys were fantastic and helpful made me feel really at ease as I am mildly Autistic. Didn’t bombard me with information explained everything. I ordered 2 tyres online mid range and didn’t try and up sell services. Checked all the car as well which wasn’t expecting topped up oil and water. Highly recommend and going back for MOT and service.

I called up for tracking and balance service.
They got me in the same day and because I didn’t need anything doing, they didn’t charge me.
Great service and friendly guys.

Had a MOT at the Redditch branch which I was accidentally late for and even though it was my problem Luke and Marcus went above and beyond to help me.

Visited Redditch branch, very friendly team and did a fantastic job at short notice. Would recommend to everyone.

Visited the Redditch branch today for my cars mot. Couldn't fault the service I received. I found everyone to be polite and very helpful. Car was ready when they said it would be with no waiting and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to family and friends.

I’ve already left a 1 star review for my poor customer experience with Hi Qs Redditch branch so was encouraged to see a prompt response back from their Customer Care Team……
I emailed them directly 3 days ago inviting them to offer proposals to resolve my complaint and also to provide them with some valuable customer feedback….. I’m sad to report despite this I have had no reply so it looks like the Customer Care sucks too….. actions speak louder than (written) words
