Usually small businesses are always out of the scope of utilising debit or credit cards as payment method as it involves high initial setup costs and unclear charges. HitPay clears all the cloud for small businesses without needing them forking out a huge amount for setups for customers' payment through debit or credit cards. Nonetheless, it builds professionality among small businesses. I would say it hits all the mark for small businesses.

Account Approved After Further Review
I initially left a negative review because I was frustrated with the verification process and felt that my application had not been properly assessed.
However, HitPay’s support team contacted me, reviewed my application again, and eventually approved my merchant account. I appreciate that they gave me the opportunity to clarify the situation instead of permanently closing the application. I also appreciate Paula and the verification team for assisting me throughout the process.
My account is now verified, and I am looking forward to using HitPay’s payment features, POS system, online store, and payment terminal for BENSCENTS.
My only concern is that I have read reviews from some merchants claiming that their accounts were suddenly deactivated or that certain payment features became unavailable without sufficient prior notice. I sincerely hope this will not happen, especially because I am planning to invest a significant amount of time listing my products on the HitPay platform. BENSCENTS has a large product catalog, so rebuilding everything elsewhere would require considerable time and effort.
I hope HitPay will provide merchants with clear advance notice, transparent explanations, and a reasonable opportunity to resolve any concerns before restricting an account or removing important features.
For now, my experience has ended positively, and I am updating my previous review to reflect the successful approval and the assistance I received from the team.

Great Onboarding Experience
We hit a few minor hiccups getting verified with HitPay, but with good communication and teamwork on both sides, we got through compliance smoothly. Their onboarding team was responsive and helpful throughout, which made the process much easier.

We have a very good experience with HitPay service team, one especially Ana. We mentioned how we've been rejected countless times and she just stayed with us throughout the screening process and helped us all the way.
