Abi is an amazing designer! From start to finish, she and Guoste listened to what I wanted for my eternity ring, designed and sourced stones until we found the right ones. They knew what I was looking for and I am very pleased with the result. I would highly recommend Abi and Harriet Kelsall Bespoke Jewellery to anyone!

We had a very pleasant purchasing experience at Harriet Kelsall, from discussing initial ideas for the earrings, looking at a variety of stones which could be set, right up to the point of purchase. We went to Harriet Kelsall with an engagement ring of 34 years in need of repair. Little did we know that we would come away with a new ring - the most exquisitely designed modern version of the original, which we are delighted with.

Alice was our specific designer and she was amazing, she took the time to really understand what we wanted and made sure everything was perfect from the design to the fit. Whether you're wanting to design from scratch or look at some pre-designed rings, they have fantastic options for both (we ended up doing a combination, buying a pre-designed engagement ring and then designing bespoke wedding bands). Wanted my pewter cloaked skull ring copied into sterling silver, as can not wear pewter jewellery. Company did a excellent job at cloning my previous pewter dragon snake ring into sterling silver and captured all the detail to match the original ring. The quality of the cloaked skull ring and the detail that was captured is just as excellent as my dragon snake ring. Wife seen the quality of my sterling silver dragon snake ring and my sterling silver cloaked skull ring, and plans to have some of her jewellery copied into sterling silver as well. I also plan to get company to copy more of my jewellery in the future. If customers can not wear jewellery similar to pewter, I recommend taking your jewellery to HKBJ company, customers will be pleased with the quality of their jewellery and the custom jewellery they receive.

Alice Hobbs and the team at Harriet Kelsall designed and created a unique eye-catching white gold emerald stud earing. If you have any future one off jewelry projects I would recommend that you talk with them.

I had a couple of rings that had both lost a stone and and an old but very delicate diamond cluster ring that I had inherited, but never wore. So I took them, plus a couple of other gold items, to Harriet Kensal Bespoke Jewellers in Cambridge. I explained that I would like them to design a ring that didn’t have the traditional claws holding the diamonds, and that I would like to add an aquamarine , as it is my birthstone, plus additional birthstones for my two children (another aquamarine and a ruby) and my two grandsons (a peridot and another aquamarine). Georgia was amazing and she designed a beautiful ring incorporating 15 diamonds from my rings plus the 5 birthstones, and used the gold from a broken gold bracelet to make an absolutely beautiful and unique ring that I will wear forever.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience designing an engagement ring for my partner with Abi. I have very limited jewellery knowledge, but Abi was amazing and guided me through every step of the process to create the most beautiful ring. The whole team were superstars, I highly recommend.

We visited Harriet Kelsall in Cambridge and met with Amy about turning an old heirloom ring (consisting of diamonds and rubies) into two new bespoke pieces - a wedding band for myself and a necklace for my mum. Amy listened to our ideas and worked her magic. She carefully designed each piece for us, ensuring we both loved the finished results. We are both so so pleased with our pieces and love that we reused some of the family stones and gold to create our new jewellery, making them even more sentimental. Thank you!

We commissioned a bespoke ring for my wife incorporating our children's birthstones, and the experience from start to finish was genuinely wonderful.

Kirsty was the perfect design partner. Rather than presenting us with a finished concept and asking if we liked it, the whole process felt collaborative - she opened up possibilities (different stone settings, design approaches, combinations we hadn't considered) while always giving us the space to shape it ourselves. The result felt truly ours, which was exactly what we wanted.

Both Kirsty and Holly were attentive throughout, communicated clearly on timelines and next steps, and kept us involved at every stage. Budget was also handled sensitively and transparently, which I really appreciated given the ring was a present.

I was super nervous when I entered Harriet Kelsall to design an engagement ring for my partner. I was put at ease immediately by Alec, and taken through each of the different options available to me. I had quite strict timeframes to work within to which Alec was extremely understanding of.

I was incredibly impressed by the personable and professional service of Alec, who took the time to draw numerous designs (by hand!!) to help me truly visualise what the ring would look like. This really helped me to design a ring that I knew my partner (fiancee now!) would love and appreciate. Alec was also extremely kind throughout the time we designed the ring, and was really patient with me. I am beyond grateful for the service I received.

In addition to this, the team at HK were more than accommodating when it came to resizing. It was arranged extremely efficiently and it was ready to be picked up within days.

I had a beautiful green diamond ring designed by Kirsty who was very responsive to my evolving ideas. I'm really pleased with the final piece and have had loads of compliments already about the new sparkler on my finger!

We’ve had a really fantastic experience with Harriet Kelsall and I’d highly recommend them to everyone. I had spent a long time looking for the perfect engagement ring but couldn’t find the right thing, as someone who doesn’t wear much jewellery I felt a bit out of my depth but HK were really friendly and helped me to understand all of the different options. I brought a few basic ideas to them and our designer Georgia helped turn them into something that felt really personal and special. I wanted my fiancée to be a part of the design process but also wanted the proposal to be a surprise so they put together a really nice presentation box with beautiful sketches that I used to ask the question. It worked brilliantly, my fiancée loved it and also really enjoyed the process of finalising the design. We now have a piece of jewellery that’s completely unique and really beautiful. I couldn’t imagine a better outcome. We went back to get our wedding rings as well and had an equally great experience. I was a bit worried that going bespoke would end up being very expensive but it ended up being pretty good value, especially considering how happy we are with the end results, and throughout the process HK Jewellery were really transparent with costs so nothing came as a surprise. They were also really good at communicating with us the whole time, with regular emails to let us know what was happening. Excellent all round really!

We were really pleased with the beautiful rings made to our specifications and design ideas from wedding rings belonging to our mother, grandmother and great grandmother. We appreciated the service from Abi and Guoste, keeping us in touch with progress on the rings. They were very good at interpreting our ideas into the designs to give us an individual design each which also conveys the family history and heritage behind the original rings.

Was great to be so involved in the creative process, Alec was very receptive to our suggestions and clearly takes pride in his work. A really beautiful end result!
