Rich,... A valuable member of the team
After receiving an email about a collection, Rich was very helpful in letting us know the order process once we were there and we were no longer confused. This is the second time he has helped us out. My request was not in store but collection and payment arranged
The HMV sales assistant responded positively to my request, its absence in store meant it could be collected or delivered. I chose the former facilitated that arrangement along with the payment.

Faulty item
I bought a 3cd album and it only had 2cds in. I went back to the shop and they didn't have a replacement on the shelf. So I (paying customer) had to pay extra on top of the album for it to be delivered to my address which I shouldn't of had to pay because it was not my fault that you ( the shop ) are selling faulty items!!
