Hollywood Bowl Reviews

Visited Preston Hollywood Bowl for the first time on Saturday early evening. Enjoyed the experience. Bowling setup great, allows you to choose lane bumpers for each individual person bowling. Had food and drinks staff friendly and helpful.

Excellent service with very friendly staff willing to help.
Good atmosphere and very clean throughout.

Great, first time being here in dundee and we loved it definitely will come back to this one

Good time spending with family and friends. Friendly and professional staff.
Definitely will go back soon.

It was a very fun experience

Absolute joke of a company. Hollywood Bowl Banbridge 10p pusher machines set to retain all money even the forward pushed coins that should fall into the win zone. Staff tell you one thing and customer services tell you another not interested in the customers feedback at all. All the company want to do is con the customer. These machines should not be played if you don't want to loose all the money put into them. My child has never played pusher machines that retain all the forward dropping coins! Food wasn't great either undercooked french fries only positive was the fountain drinks were fizzy and nice and cold.

Ease of booking.clean place staff always welcoming.accessible .

Excellent nice bowling clean and well organised

Highly satisfied because Hollywood Bowl clearly rigs the lanes in my favour, and I refuse to question it.
I’m there every other week because it’s cheaper than therapy and twice as competitive.
Plus, nothing boosts my ego like accidentally bowling a strike and pretending I meant it.

Staff are so helpful and always happy, (Ellie) was her name I🤔 food was delicious
Nothing was a problem service was quick and the day ran smooth had a fantastic day out with my family (even though my bowling sucks 😆)

Fast friendly service with food and drinks. Really nice family evening out

Absolutely fantastic experience at Hollywood Bowl! A huge thank you to all the staff for being so friendly, welcoming, helpful, and professional. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we had a brilliant time.

The atmosphere was great, the staff were incredibly attentive, and their positive attitudes really made the visit special. It’s clear that the whole team genuinely cares about giving customers a great experience.

A massive well done to everyone at Hollywood Bowl — you’re a credit to the place! We’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun day or night out. 🎳👏
