I've been working around 2 months with their team.

As a 55-year-old Writer & Awarded Filmmaker, my main education circles around a Ph.D. in Film Studies. I was under the impression of "I-know-it-all" until the universe received a guest called: Covid 19. This unwanted guest, this cruel ruthless guest got me stocked in a country I had not lived in for the past 22 years. This guest visited every single country and brought a disaster with it that the history books will teach students in the centuries to come. Covid 19 thought me something well above expectations. It thought me, a screenwriter, filmmaker, and author, that aside from surviving the Virus threats itself, I needed to overcome the financial aspect of it, too. Covid 19 thought us all to look in all directions just for the sake of survival and grab every single opportunity to let it pass under you. Before getting even more dramatic in my introduction, I need to promise you there's indeed a point and you will enjoy the outcome.
Covid thought me to forget all about my artistic achievements while Covid 19 rested in every house's living room and focus on a process by which I could sort out my finances. That's when I focused on a side-business I've been running for years and attended to it. I decided to push forward with a business mentality and forget about art and writing and film etc. I needed independence from my staff who have all been entertaining their own unwanted guests. That's when Hostzealot came into the picture. Frame by Frame I went forward and The Technical Staff of Hostzealot came with me in the journey of my financial independence. With an average knowledge of DotCom, I hired a VPS, and hell, that was a hell of a journey. I am almost done getting to my destination. I'm almost done achieving what I started my project for, and I tell you now; that it was not possible without the assistance of Hostzealot's TECHNICAL SUPPORT TEAM. These men and probably women are fantastic in what they do and their attitude towards their clients is admirable. NO MATTER what your problem is: THEY FIX IT. If you are entertaining a guest, which I have no doubt you have been, you are and god forbid will, and if you want services above and beyond your expectations, Hostzealot Technical Support Team is right there, 24/7, with no holiday, no weekend and no complaints. Having come from a really crap host to Hostzealot VPS hosting service, I can say that I am fully-satisfied. The support is great, the load speed is great and the uptime is also good.
It's good cheap hosting. The supports good and they always seem prepared to go out of their way to get things done.
Support has been great, everybody I have spoken with at Hostzealot. Every support ticket I have put in has been responded to in under 5 minutes and just about every ticket I have put in has been fully resolved within about 10 to 15 minutes.
I'm also happy with the performance and reliability of the service. I was pleasantly surprised by the backup tools you provide which I did not expect at all.
