Elegant design, quality fabrics and fittings. Extremely elegant - I’ve been stopped by strangers when out in my jumpsuits and complemented.
Also, very importantly, you don’t need someone to zip and fasten you in to the jumpsuit!

Unfortunately, I have not yet received the dresses I purchased due to customs issues. I am currently trying to resolve the situation. If the issue cannot be resolved and the goods cannot be delivered, I will need a full refund. Thank you.

Fantastic quality and stylish design

Ordered an item, few days later received a email saying your order has been cancelled at your request. I didn’t request a cancellation so contact customer services by email, over 48 hours later still not had a response/refund or item arrived even though I paid for 48hour tracked. Avoid takes money and doesn’t send goods. Now trying to recover money through the bank.

The size I ordered was too big and there was no problem exchanging for a smaller size which was perfect. S14 ideal fit and length for 5 ft 7

I’ve ordered from Hot Squash a few times now and I love their clothes, they’re good quality, very flattering and most items have pockets! My original purchase was for a dress for a wedding which will also double as a summer dress so I’ll get plenty of use out of it. I recently placed an order for 2 lucky dips (3 items in each). This arrived on Friday but only had 3 items instead of 6. I contacted the company, including a video of the 3 items being taken out to show there wasn’t room for anything else and today (Wednesday) I received the missing 3 items along with a letter apologising. I appreciate that mistakes can happen, especially when you order 2x something but I’m very impressed with how quickly this has been resolved and that despite it being a lucky dip, there’s no duplicates. All round great experience so far!

I've bought a number of jumpsuits and dresses from this company. I'm keen to support a UK company but I have found the quality of the material and stitching to be disappointing. The items are very expensive but seems cheap in appreance with sizing/leg length inconsistent. I've decided I won't be buying anything else from this company and will be returning my latest jumpsuit purchase.

Excellent service quick delivery. Although I returned my item I was impressed with how quick the refund came through.

The dress is completely made from thin crepe material which is see through when held up to light. The picture looks like box pleats, the dress looks like triangles have been cut out and white material put in it's place. I would have been very upset to have paid over £100 for this dress!! Very cheap looking and not what I expected. Disappointing.

Item material was cheap, felt like pyjama material & didn't sit well, did nothing for body shape & didn't line up, poor stitching
The returned package was delivered back within a day or 2
No automatic return acknowledgement or processing updates
Refund took about 10 days, why?
