I am so glad I called…
If you are having extreme difficulties with repairs, as I was, this is the right place to get help. Outstanding response: quick and clearheaded. I was so upset and confused. I was also being intimidated and treated with contempt by Council Repairs.This helped me to push back on that and repairs are now being taken care of. Housing disrepair has been fantastic so…
Housing disrepair has been fantastic so far . I reached out to them following my issues with mice infestation they acted promptly to get the case rolling . The case is not yet finalised but so far things have been great. Especially with Liam who has been exceptional . Can’t fault a thing so far 👍🏽

He not only went above board for use but kept in contact with use to make sure that everything went as planned, he put use in contact with the right solicitors
And has done everything humanly possible to help.
