Five-Star Guidance Every Step of the Way
Adam Nutting has been absolutely outstanding from start to finish. He was supportive, brilliant and genuinely personable, and his empathy made a huge difference during what was a difficult time for me. It was clear he truly cared and was fully invested in helping me reach a positive outcome.
His expert advice was incredibly helpful. He took the time to go through every option I put forward, talking honestly about the risks and benefits of each one so I could make the right decision with confidence. I always felt he was right there with me, not just giving advice but really supporting me through it.
I also really appreciated how present he was. He checked in regularly, came along with me on the journey and called back straight away whenever I needed him. It made me feel heard, understood and never on my own.

Amelia explained everything
Amelia explained everything, she was really informative, helpful and professional. Throughout our calls, she asked if we understood everything and if we had any further questions. We didn't feel at all rushed throughout the call. She followed up with an email, which is also reassuring when you're using a new portal.

This is an invaluable one-stop shop for all things HR. It's great to know that it's always 100% up to date with current legislation so you are working with accurate documents and materials. Refreshing Sales Experience
While it is super helpful to have so much knowledge and so many templates at my fingertips, what really stands out in my first few months using CIPD HR Inform was the patience and support from Dulal.
