Harley Street Hair Clinic Reviews 

Just completed my fourth visit to HSHC (2 x 2 days & 2 x 1 day, completed in 2012, 2013, 2018 & 2024.
I’m 61 now, so hopefully it will see me out!
Dr A Kovacheva looked after me on all my treatments and each time it was a pleasure visiting the clinic.
Dr Kovacheva is a very caring individual and does her very best to ensure you are most comfortable and at ease, during what can only be described as the most painstaking procedure.
Explanations are given before, during and after the procedures & the support team are also always excellent, friendly and helpful.
Laykur The Clinic Manager who looked after me initially and latterly William The Patient Support Manager are both very knowledgeable, friendly and the information provided is second to none.
They care about making your visit enjoyable and follow up before and after your procedure to ensure you are well and good.
I guess I wouldn’t have had the courage to have a hair transplant in 2012 if it wasn’t for Wayne Rooney having his done at Harley Street Hair Clinic, but I can’t recommend this clinic highly enough.
Does it hurt?
Well it’s not without discomfort, but it’s mainly having to lay still for the day whilst the procedure is in progress.
My advice would be to shut yourself off from any outside distractions on the day and dedicate your time to the process for the best results.
If you read all the information you receive and follow the post operative instructions you will be pleased with the results, I guarantee it.
Who knows, I might even be back at HSHC clinic if nature deprives me of wind in my hair, now I’ve got some and can afford a decent car to relive my youth. 😜

From start to finish it has been a pleasant experience. Definitely in good hands here. Customer care has been top notch and they will be with you every step of the way.

Wow! From my first consultation with Will, the patient advisor, to the day of my procedure the whole team at Harley street hair clinic were great, They were super supportive, listened to my hair loss concerns and had such a person centred approach to my care. The day of my procedure I was greated by Will and was made to feel so comfortable and put at ease with my anxiety. My surgeon Dr.Vida was outstanding, very knowledgeable and was very professional and it was very apparent in his approach that he wanted to do the best he could for me. Not to mention his team of assistants who were very kind & professional. Overall a great team of people who have such a genuine attitude of wanting to help. I love the look of my new hair line & excited to see more hair in my crown area! I cant wait to see the results of my FUE hair transplant! I am so grateful for what they have done.

Just had FUE hair transplant by surgeon Dr Dan Ness. Excellent customer and clinical support before, during and post procedure. They even emailed me on Sunday to see how I was the day after procedure.

I had the same procedure done by this clinic some 10-11 years ago and the results were great. I was informed at that time that my non-implanted hair could recede over time, as to be expected. I decided to have another procedure to make the top of scalp and crown more dense just before I reach 50 next month.

I’m sure the end result in around 4-6 months will be great. Happy to return in another 10 years.

I have no hesitation in recommending them. In fact I’m taking my partner there to have her first consultation.

Really professional and well run routine. Friendly staff who really know their stuff. Doctor explained everything clearly and put me at ease. Great instructions of pre and post op care. Lovely clinic and surroundings. It's not the cheapest but you really do get what you pay for. Piece of mind you are under the care of professionals top of their game.

Very comprehensive consultation with the lovely team, provided me with all the details and pre-op instructions. Day of my op went very smoothly, never felt nervous or uncomfortable and was virtually painless. Very friendly team made it feel like just a normal day. Excellent results

Working in private healthcare myself I can appreciate good customer service, genuine care, rapport and attention to detail. Rest assured that this clinic is on its 'A' game with very high standards and if you are considering a procedure then you are in safe hands.

I couldn't of had a better experience at the clinic. I was obviously a little nervous the day of the procedure, but was immediately put at ease the moment I went in and met the team who couldn't have been more kind and reassuring.
My time there was a fantastic memorable experience and I couldn't be happier with the results. I'm currently in the short recovery period just 2 days after my procedure and I feel like a new person already. I couldn't recommend the clinic any higher to anyone suffering with hair loss. Great company!!! From the day I walked into the place for my first consultation, I felt super relaxed and confident I was in safe hands. Big shout out to the team and Will for a very smooth surgery process and the aftercare support has also been great. Can’t speak highly enough!!

I attended the Harley Street Hair Clinic requesting a more natural hairline, having had old-fashioned transplants years previously. They were very welcoming, and enthusiastic that they could achieve a very good result. No possible drawbacks were discussed – only positives. I then had the suggested 985 grafts, which were intended to provide the full result. The treatment itself went well, staff were friendly and provided Pret sandwiches for lunch. However, when the results were not satisfactory, I was sold a further 685 grafts. Once again, this didn’t work. I was then offered a minimal “complimentary” procedure (just 159 grafts) to disguise an obvious patch. The attitude then changed, and the procedure itself and atmosphere were quite uncomfortable. And to make matters worse, none of the hairs grew, and they offered no follow-up (so much for “complimentary”). I now believe I have less hair than when I started, and certainly limited donor areas left. It seemed that whenever there was a problem, I was blamed (age, scar tissue, availability of donor sites etc. – not discussed before). I noticed that many of the five-star reviews are posted at initial stages, rather than after seeing results. If you want friendly sales people, comfortable premises and Pret sandwiches, then this is the place for you. If, however, you’d like to end up with more hair on your head, I’d suggest you look elsewhere.

Had my consultation in May with William about the possibility of a transplant. Ive suffered with hair loss for a few years now and it was affecting my confidence so thought it was time to get something done.

Booked in for September and had a 2 day operation on my temples / mid & Crown by Dr Daniel Ness. Naturally , I was nervous about the whole ordeal however the professionalism of The staff put me at ease. All questions I had were answered and explained to me clearly. Even after the procedure i have been in contact with the clinic and they are monitoring the healing process. I know that any questions I have , they are just a phone call away from reassurance.

I would like to extend my thanks to William , Dr Ness and all the nurses that were operating on me at Hs Hair Clinic. Can’t wait to see the results.

Having spent almost two years considering/researching a hair transplant, I was fortunate to discuss the procedure with a friend of a friend who had undertaken the actual procedure that I was considering. The extremely positive feedback I was given convinced me to go ahead with the procedure at the Harley Street Hair Clinic. Having now had the procedure, I too have nothing but extremely positive feedback about the entire team who looked after me throughout my hair transplant journey from the first discussion/consultation to actual completion of the transplant procedure. If anyone is considering a hair transplant, I would definitely recommend the Harley Street Hair Clinic, totally professional team from start to finish, but also extremely friendly, always very helpful, and with the ability to totally put your mind at ease.

I had been thinking about having the procedure for around five years. I did my research and the clinic and doctor who performed the transplant had a great reputation. The whole experience was great! All the staff were friendly and supportive throughout. The procedure itself wasn’t as bad as I expected, after the anaesthetic I couldn’t feel a thing. Would recommend to anyone thinking about doing it! I am just looking forward to seeing the results!

Great job! The day (and 1500 grafts) went quickly and pleasantly in conversation with the team. I was so relaxed at times that I was able to take a couple of naps! A little swelling that evening but it’s looking good already on day 2.
