Only one downside was

I used this company to buy some gardening items and required a lot of technical knowledge of what products to use and how as i have a big garden. Peter was extremely helpful in guiding me on which product i needed for my specific needs. I saved money as well, as i bought the right products from the information that Peter gave me and did not have to use the old fashion trail and error techniques which obviously costs time and money. I had no problem finding what I needed on the website. Ordering was easy and customer service was excellent. I had a query which was easily solved over the phone. Customer services were very helpful and polite.
The product, an extra long litterpicker, was delivered well packed. Care had been taken to protect it from bending in transit - a piece of wood had been taped to the length of the box.
Postage was free despite the item being delivered over 100 miles away from the depot.
All in all, I highly recommend this company.

Over the past five years i have been buying a number of HSD products, car shampoo,snow foam, carpet cleaner and steam cleaner just to name a few. After some online research I selected Black Magic Rust Converter Paint to use on my metal driveway gate. I then did some price comparisons and found HSD Online to have the paint in stock at a competitive price including free next day delivery. I ordered 2 x 1 litre tins of the paint at approximately 10 am on 7 April and it was delivered by DHL at 8.30am the next morning. A n amazing service from an excellent company. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from the again. Thank you HSD.
