Hyros is not only incredible at tracking and is showing me which ads are completely flushing money down the toilet (hello, this is amazing!), but i've also been completely blown away by the customer service. We had an issue with the tracking UTMs not working, so I got to work with Milos and he went to TOWN trying to figure what was wrong. And did he ever! He was able to figure out the problem and fix it within minutes. I'm so grateful for Milos and the Hyros team and software!

Hyros is an absolute game-changer for our business. We can now track almost every touchpoint in the customer journey – we went from about 60% to 90% tracking.

Hyros has been a godsend for us. I thought I had a pretty decent tracking system, passing all types of hidden url parameters from ads, emails, sms broadcast but it involved overwriting fields in our crm. That meant we only had the last source and lacked the history of previous sources in any meaningful way. Since we've been using Hyros, we have tripled ad spend and reached a roas of 4-5 in the last 2 months. We're showing no signs of slowing down.
