The BEST platform AND support, hands down!
So HYROS is next level, and my brain is not. But with Andrei's incredible support I was able to fix an issue (that I caused), getting our tracking back up and running. Andrei's loom videos also helped me backfill some missing data. We now have transparency throughout our business, knowing what's creating sales, what we can scale and what to kill. This is the only dashboard I look at everyday. This platform, and these guys rock. Don't overthink getting HYROS, it will pay for itself in no time.

Loving HYROS (and Chase + Vlad)
So far loving HYROS. Sales rep Chase was awesome... we bonded over pottery showing their sales staff knows how to be human. Also Vlad has been my onboarding dude and he's the best. His product knowledge is 100% on point... and he's always timely to our meetings and professional. :-)
They walked me through installing the whole thing in my funnel in a simple 1 hour ish Zoom call. And have regularly checked in on me since to ensure it's working and that I have the data/answers I signed up for. They are always available when I have a question.
For me... the hardest part of adding software/tech my biz isn't a lack of know how... or whether I can figure it out on my own... it's time. My attn is needed in many areas... So having the level of hand holding and onboarding support that HYROS has is/was critical for me. I even bought another software option 6 months ago and sat on it bc I just never had the time to install it. So HYROS being there to say...
"Hey...let's hop on a Zoom and get this set up for you in an hour."
...was huge.
And so far the data is awesome and simply seeing where our leads are coming from is incredible! For what it's worth we are 99% organic lead flow from youtube... and this tracks that very simply and clearly. Plus the retargeting ads we also run.
Is it pricey... yes. Is it worth it... 100%. So far zero regrets. :-)

i was using facebook before and VLAD…
i was using facebook before and VLAD showed me how inaccurate my leads were tracking in meta. Then, i optimized around the ads with legit sales data (not just showed leads), and i closed 2 sales the next day. And my show rate has been 100% since then. It's been 1 week.

Using Hyros has made a big difference in how I run my ads. The most valuable part for me has been being able to clearly see which ads are actually generating sales, and which social media platforms are bringing in the most qualified leads for my business. I would like to highly recommend Hyros as a software tool. We are currently spending around 10k on ads, and it saves us a significant amount of money by allowing us to track our data properly.
This part is obvious — but what’s not obvious is the level of support they provide. So far, it’s the best support I have ever experienced from any software. The team is always ready to help, jump on a call, assist with configuration, and answer questions.
We’re now in our third month, and besides the money saved on poorly performing ads, using this tool is extremely easy and enjoyable.

I cannot say enough about the incredible support I received from the Hyros team — especially Dorin and Marius. I spent hours trying to navigate Meta’s new Ads Manager interface and completely lost access to my analytics. As someone running active campaigns, the stress was real. I truly thought something was broken on my end.
Dorin was the first person I spoke with earlier in the day. We couldn’t move forward with our scheduled call because I couldn't access anything, and instead of rushing me off, he rescheduled and made himself available the entire evening while I tried to troubleshoot. That alone meant so much.
When we hopped back on the follow-up call, he brought in Marius — and together they walked me step-by-step through the exact path to finally regain access. They screen-shared, stayed patient, and didn’t quit until everything was working again. The level of care, professionalism, and genuine support they showed turned a stressful situation into complete relief.
My ads weren’t broken (thank God!) — it was just a new interface. But the way they handled my concerns made all the difference.
