Ordered an air conditioning unit they said would be delivered July 17 and never received it. I suggest no one ever trusts I gadget.com‼️‼️‼️

I was told the mini bag sealer was 1.75$ and they charged me 83.99$ I want my money back and a phone number to call them!!!!!

Nothing arrive over 10 week. I still try to get my money back from stupid ass paypal

I had no idea what gadgetweb was until I did not receive the clearrear bidet. After sending an email asking when I would get it, a response came from gadgetweb. Subsequent email responses are evasive jibberish. Can't get through on the phone. Have received no help from PayPal.
Anybody got any ideas?

Placed my order on May 10th and still nothing on June 5th. No communication stating that order is back ordered or whatever... NOTHING!!! When I contacted them to cancel my order, SURPRISE, they sent me a tracking number. Of course when you look at the tracking, it states "Currently Awaiting Package" which is what it has stated for 5 days now. I can create a tracking number but doesn't mean I actually shipped anything.
Terrible company.

It's so unfair they don't have a zero rating cuz if any company deserves it this one does I made an order it was supposed to ship an 18 to 15 working days 2 months later I'm still asking where it is finally I got a refund not through them I had to fight it to the credit card then it's been 3 months and they sent the order to me after I already sent him for cancellation notices
They're unbelievably horrible service and they're even worse when it comes to trying to get communication by email from him then when I sent it back to them they tried to tell me I had to send it to a different address when the package said returns go to Fremont California stay far far away from them anything you can buy to take carry Amazon has for half the price and you get it in a reasonable amount of time doesn't take Amazon 3 month and all the hassle horrible horrible service horrible horrible company

As others have said, this is a total scam! My order supposedly shipped two months ago. They gave me a tracking number, it was just a shipping label created to look like they shipped. Vague emails, claim they can't refund because the item is in transit. Stay far away from them!

Total ripoff. Ordered 200$ of colorize lights. They sent me a bogus shipping invoice. Never received anything.

I purchased two mold removers tubes I only received one and the product did not even work. My product was bought on facebook page, and it is a scam. I wish facebook would monitor these bogus companies.

scam, I ordered a Tesla watch, never came, no answers to emails or facebook page. I've been robbed and I am angry

Nothing is as advertised. I ordered $50 tablets and received a piece of cardboard with a pen and stickers. Terrible company with false advertising.

They offer the best price but then they reduce the price dramatically. When I declined there evaluation they came back with a price that doubled their original offer but still considerably lower than promised. I declined again and they said it would be despatched on 48 hour service. 5 days later it had not left their offices. They offer a 'LOCKED IN' price if they receive the phone with in 10 days of your original enquiry. This is a complete lie. They try to pass this off as locked in based on the condition when they assess it. Also the 48 hour return actually means it takes them 5 to 7 days to print a label before they put it in the post. An absolutely horrendous company to deal with. Bunch of time wasters. Be warned.

They value your phone at £115 and then send you a nice postage paid bag that only covers £50 but you won't know that until it go's missing.Would it not be better to tell anyone that sends something with a higher value to pay for special delivery.But after reading the reviews maybe it's better that it never got to the company.I have used o2 before and had no problems

Please do not use this company, there up to price is an absolute con , sent a virtually brand new Samsung s6 which had already been checked by 02 and they offered 200 however went to igadgets because they were offering more , Big mistake 30 days in total to get my money , they don't answer calls ,they also lie about valuations, never heard of a bank transfer taking 10 working days, please do yourself a favour and use mazuma mobile which is trust worthy and pay very quickly

quoted £301 for my lg g5 , then after chasing they quoted me £275 , i called them up to see why they have changed the amount - i was told over the 10 days - i asked them to check as i sent registered - and guess what it was within the 10 days . so they agreed back to £301

this was after the chaos of them saying they couldn't charge the phone as they didn't have cable ( what recycle company doesn't have a type c new cable to charge a lot of modern phones )

after agreeing to pay the £301 and all accepted on 17th june - 17 days after posting the phone -

payment went into my bank account - by there speedy back process on the 7th july !! nearly 6 weeks after sending the phone .

will never use again

Asked for a pack, never received, chased pack, finally got it. Sent my phone off and was offered £20 less than quoted as I took 'too long' to send it off. The money took ages to come through so asked where it was. Was told that in order to get my money I had to come on here and leave them a 5star review. I refused and was told them they I'd have to wait longer for my money. Only once I finally received my money did I come here to review. Also I'm pretty sure that the 'company' is one woman sat in her living room.

Was quoted £82 for my sons iPhone 5c they gave me £66 which is still more than their competitors. Very happy

Disgusted with the offer given for iPhone 5s. I had sent a perfect working phone into the company and originally offered £103.00 odd. This is a phone my son had looked after, he changed the cover from heavy duty whilst in work to a gel one when not. Continually cleaned it and purchased tempered glass for the cover. Never once did it have to be repaired.
I have to phone them today and they insult me by offering £20.00, saying its bent and a volume button is sticking. I asked for the phone back and they offer me an extra £5.00 on top.
Still insulted I have asked for the phone to be returned immediately. Let's see how long it takes them to get it back. THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH IT! Will put the new amount of how much I sold it for when it's returned. Will stick to Envirophone or Mazumba in future no problem with them!!!!!!!
