This company is a complete fraud. I sent them my iPhone 4 in good condition. I was told that they could not access my UNLOCKED phone so I provided them with my Apple ID and password (something I now regert since I know that they are complete frauds). They said they were still unable to unlock the phone and that it was not worth anything to them. I asked them to send it back so I could sell it elsewhere and it never materialised. In March, after chasing them repeatedly, I was told that it was sent in DECEMBER and that the matter was now out of their hands as the parcel had "tried to be delivered" and was at my local delivery office according to their "tracking". I will go to the delivery office to see if it is there, but I am not hopeful as I don't believe they sent it.

I am pretty sure they have stolen my phone and tried to steal my Apple ID and password (which I have now changed).

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE UNTRUSTWORTHY FRAUDSTERS.

Used service last year. £5 taken off already low price - I have never been paid less than agreed on other websites as my gadgets are well looked after and presented - and usually returned in original box. No explanation for reduction given. Price too small to argue over £5 but wouldn't use again.

This company will promise you the best price and will always knock off a substantial amount. Avoid using this company !

Hi after being offered £82.50 I sent them my phone only to be offered £55 .told them I would have phone back. Only to be told phone was now worth £75 (glad I didn't take £55). Then took 10 days to get the money. Rubbish service

I got quick prompt service and a next day bank transfer for the same value of my old phone as was estimated on their website.

I wish I had read some reviews about this company before I decided to send my phone to them. The website offered £120 for my 2yr old Samsung Galaxy Note 2 which is in good condition. There was a price for a working phone and another for non-working phones, nowhere to enter any specific details. I was knocked back to £20 for something called "lcd burn" so I asked for my phone back. I sent it with the original charger in the original box and received my phone today, minus the box and charger. I was told it would be destroyed as my phone wasn't new and "it says that in the small print". The least they could have done was return my phone etc exactly as I sent it to them! It's a pretty disgusting way to treat a customer, it demonstrates a complete lack of regard for people's belongings and a shameful hiding behind the small print which is a poor excuse for any company to use. Not even a whiff of apology from the smug customer service staff! Absolutely appalling!!!

I have never written a negative review until now .My husband is ill so asked me to sell his old phone so when I/gadgets offered a fair price I accepted and everything went fantastic until it came to the payment .They offered the same price but the same day payment as advertised on their site just did not materialize .According to their customer service the payment is with their payment team and I will get an e/mail when it has been sent to our account but from other reviews I have just read I needn't hold my breath If this is not fraud then what is ,this site accepts your phone then does not live up to it's side of the agreement on second thoughts if they fail to pay it's theft and maybe the police need to be informed .

After nearly a month of waiting for my payment... Today is the day. No money in bank! I Would like my iPhone sent back to me ASAP otherwise immediate action will be taken regarding this matter.

I sent my Samsung Galaxy s2 to igadgets after finding them on a comparison site, i was quoted £65 for my handset as it was in perfect condition.

Having found an emil in my JUNK folder saying my phone wasnt up to standard due to wear of the rear and scratches to the front screen, i would only be receiving £30, i had 3 days to reply to that email to accept the offer or decline it and pay £5 to have it returned.

The phone had been in a protective case from day one and it looked brand new, so they are talking rubbish and probably knowing i wouldnt see the email in time, have robbed myself and probably hundreds of other people of what they are rightly owed.

the service is very slow specially the payment 10 working days should be faster. The service i don't know told me my phone is average what means average and you take of £30 which is a lot. In the end yes i took it as i need the money, But in overall my satisfaction not much, sorry
