Excuse me, I don't have the order number now 🌹

Thank you for the excellent service and substitutes for the out of stock items. A hand written note always makes my day :) I'm sure I'll be back again soon.

Nice little company, and trustworthy. Delivery always on time.
Thank you.

Great service!! Too much plastic

Absolutely brilliant customer service.
Even though I didn't opt for next day delivery service, I ordered quite early-ish in the day and it STILL arrived next day so the guys at ICE Headshop are clearly up on fulfilling orders asap regardless, so I was really impressed with that.
Also, as far as their products go, for my own experience, they are very impressive.
I will be repeat purchasing these quality assured products well into the future.
