Order never arrived, slow customer service. Emailed Iconic over a period over 3 weeks to chase it up. I was told it was delayed. I knew different, I knew it had been far to long and his order was not arriving. I emailed for the 4th time and eventually got an emailing stating it was lost in transit. Have requested a refund and not had a response. Wont order from here again.

Edi specifically was fantastic. I had completely misspelt my email address so I couldn’t track my order or anything but they managed to find it and help me transfer all my points. Very helpful and quick replies!

Received order but box was destroyed during transit noted a missing item. Contacted Iconic and item was replaced with very little fuss. Great communication very happy with the service

At the time of order (Dec 06, 2025), delivery was committed for the next day. Its 13th Dec today and I am still waiting.
-No response from customer service email
I emailed twice to customer service about order status but there is no response yet.
-Nowhere to call as there is no number or no chat
Worst thing is that they have mentioned no number or chat for queries.

Received my order and had an issue with one of the products contacted them and was no problem getting a replacement was sorted straight away so efficient thank you would definitely purchase from this website again

Such great service. I had an issue with the lip balm and it was resolved quickly.

I received a bronzer but sadly the corner was chipped - I emailed a picture and a replacement was sent the same day. Very happy with service

Great customer service. My first order did not arrive with Evri. As soon as I messaged and advised them of the issue they did the necessary checks and then issued me a new order straight away. It arrived (using a different courier) the next day.

Recently received an item from iconic London when I actually did receive the item the box was all squashed. All the products inside was squashed so I sent the item back over two weeks since still waiting for my money back. Very emails have been sent backwards and forwards from customer services and myself they’re now trying to say they’ve not received the items and I have tracking which suggests they have the items
I’m not very happy with this service I have received from them. I would like my money back. Please be wary when ordering from this company.

I had an issue with my order not being delivered, the team were in constant contact and resolved the issue as quickly as they could. Very happy with how they responded. All staff were so helpful. Fantastic customer service 🤩

I ordered some products for my daughter’s birthday gifts, but unfortunately Evri lost my parcel. I emailed Iconic the same day and kept them updated. As soon as Iconic had proof that the parcel was lost, they immediately resent my full order with next-day delivery and even included a free product.

Their customer service has been fantastic from start to finish, and I’m really impressed with how quickly and professionally they handled everything. Highly recommend!

My order arrived super fast, unfortunately there was an issue with the product but after contacting customer service a replacement product was shipped out the next working day. I honestly cannot fault the products nor the service.

I had a misting parcel and iconic were great at looking into it kept me updated by e mail thankfully it was found but excellent service many thanks Edi x

I had to contact the customer service dept and almost immediately they got in touch. They contacted EVRI and updated me. Fantastic customer service knowledgeable and courteous. That alone will make me buy from this company again

I ordered but didn't realise i had input my email address wrong, i contacted customer service they were super helpful found my order and transferred it to my account so i could keep up to date with shipping etc, couldn't praise them enough for customer service, the rep Edi couldn't have been more helpful so happy and pleased with them 😊

I bought the Triple Threat Mascara, yes it was reduced but still £17 odd with postage. I bought it after seeing Kate Lawler use it, not sure what she ACTUALLY used but it wasnt the Triple Threat Mascara that's for sure. It's just a bog standard mascara, don't waste your money

Customer Service were outstanding in solving my issue. I ordered a number of items during the black friday event that went missing during the delivery process. EVRI weren't very helpful at all but Iconic customer service were quick to reasure me that they would replace my order and assisted in speaking with Evri also. I didn't have to reorder anything, they automatically processed my order again and made the process far less stressful!

Been using Iconic London for years now. Made an order over Black Friday, Royal Mail tracking wouldn’t work so wasn’t sure where or when my parcel would arrive. Spoke to customer service, who responded quickly, resolved my problem & I had my order within the next day.
