Beautiful products
The most beautiful makeup. As an eczema sufferer, I struggle to create a glowing complexion. However, these products are gorgeously creamy, illuminating and pigmented and make my skin look so healthy.
The products are always packaged beautifully, and delivery quick.

Waste of time
I ordered on the 23rd December for a birthday present in January. Emailed but keep getting AI generated responses. The tracking is for Royal Mail who reply with no information available for this in red. I’ve emailed checked with neighbours asked my postman. I just want a refund now as the birthday has been and gone.

Orders of this size and weight are usually shipped via Royal Mail and usually arrive within 10 business days, but on the rare occasions they don’t, we always make it a priority to put things right.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, had a small issue with a product and received very fast responses to my emails and the problem was resolved with them sending out a new item to me at no additional cost. Many places could do with a lesson on customer service from Iconic!

Received the best customer service I’ve ever had from iconic London. I ordered a product back in June which I just opened now and it was faulty. I sent an email and within a couple of days a replacement has been sent out. Fantastic customer service and gorgeous products! Highly recommend.

Outstanding customer service
I love iconic products and wanted to share with friends for Christmas. I placed an order which was lost as delivered incorrectly, iconic chased and issued a replacement. This parcel was lost in transit. Again Iconic customer service issued a replacement with an alternative courier. Although my gifts did not arrive in time for Christmas but will be a bonus gift, Iconic customer service was outstanding in resolving this for me. THANK YOU 🤩

Disappointing Service and Communication
Ordered several products as Christmas presents on 1/12/25. Not received by 11/12 as promised. These were birthday and Christmas presents. For people I was seeing before Christmas.
Sent several emails to them as no phone number, AI generated replies received. I went on their website and completed a form and eventually received a response saying technical glitches. Delivery promised for Next day … a parcel arrived 5 days later but not ALL of the order!
Nothing from them telling me why some of my order not being delivered. Had to contact them again to be advised “oh that was out of stock” we are now sending it.
Promised next day delivery…. didn’t arrive.
Told them the address for delivery was my place of work and if not delivered by 23/12 I would be unable to get this until 5/1/26 when office re opened.
They sent a “very happy with themself” email to me on 23/12 saying they were happy to say I would get this last part of my order a nice boxed set of products, on 24/12! But they would be individual items not in a set.
I have asked for a refund no reply!
Shocking customer service the whole way through my purchase.
I could have ordered from “other suppliers” next day delivery.
I see there are several other reviews on the same theme.

Order placed on 12th December, 8 business days later still not dispatched yet on Friday 19th they were still offering last chance for Christmas delivery.
Emailed multiple times just to keep getting an AI reply saying allow another business day, no one enters the online chat or even replies.
Absolutely disgusting customer service.

Prodotto acquistato mai ricevuto è una truffa
questa azienda è una colossale truffa.
Supporto pressoché inesistente, rispondono se va bene dopo 3 giorni altrimenti nemmeno rispondono.
Le risposte date sono praticamente inutili, sembrano prescritte e preconfezionate.
Il prodotto acquistato non è mai arrivato e penso che non arriverà mai.
Dopo continui solleciti, ho ottenuto il tracking , e anche questo risulta essere un fake , non esiste un tracciamento vero è tutto falso.
La cifra spesa era di poco conto ma non lascio sicuramente perdere, mi attiverò di ogni canale disponibile per riavere i miei soldi.
Stare lontani da questo venditore è un truffatore.

This is an amazing product
This is an amazing product! I have made several purchases as my daughter is also a fan and I had to replace them she loved them that much! Also I had a few issues with multiple emails and accounts but Edi the customer services agent and the digital team went above and beyond to resolve with excellent communications! Avoid This Company – No Refund, No Item Received
I placed an order with Iconic Make Up on 2/12/25. My order was marked as delivered, but it was delivered to the wrong address. The delivery photo clearly showed it was not my property.
I completed all the forms Iconic Make Up requested and provided proof that the photo was not my house. Since then, I have heard nothing further regarding my refund.
I am now £60 out of pocket with no item received. Emails have gone unanswered and communication has completely stopped. No refund has been issued.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.
