Good experience, love this product and best makeup product that i ever used❤️

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered on 6th December for a Christmas gift. No goods, multiple emails and a complaint through Shopify and completley ignored! £35 down the drain, avoid tjis company like the plague!!

I had a defective item in my order and the customer service is received to resolve the issue was exceptional. The response was quick and a replacement ordered without hesitation. Highly recommend. Great service.

Had a delivery with one item missing I got in touch with the customer care team and they rectified the issue straight away without any fuss thank you EDI you was great

First of all , I received a wrong delivery , but I ´m impressed quick response by their customer service .
They send me correct items immediately which included free gifts by order . Also they asked me to keep the wrongly delivered item .
All replies were timely mannered .
Products are beautiful , and even free gifts are generous.

The 1st order i received the top was jammed on the tube and when it did open it caused the pump to come off too and the contents spill out onto the table top. Customer service were fantastic and sent me out a replacement really quickly after I sent photos of what had happened. Cannot fault the customer service and the product is lovely. You only need a very small amount as it goes a long way. It creates a lovely radiant glow which lasts all day. As a result I have purchased another one in a darker shade for my holidays for when I have a tan. Thoroughly recommend as Iconic was recommended to me by a friend

The delivery company delivered my Iconic parcel to the incorrect address, they pictured someone else’s house, I was advised by the delivery company to contact Iconic even though it wasn’t an issue caused by them. I made contact with Iconic and they sent out my order again without any quibble, they made the process so easy which I really appreciate. 5* company, thank you

Had an issue with Evri not delivering my parcel to my address, they were of no use so contacted Iconic and Sophie was straight on it. Efficient, polite, friendly. I have had numerous orders from Iconic and will definitely recommend and use them again. Thanks Sophie you were brilliant.

My order was not delivered by the courier, but when iconic was contacted they resolved my order very quick and with no hassle at all

Ho effettuato un ordine il 21 novembre 2025, il loro famoso "illuminator" per il viso.
Dopo 10 giorni (dieci!), mi è stato inviato un link per tracciare la spedizione. Peccato che si dovesse scaricare un'applicazione.
Dopo alcuni giorni e numerose email per cercare di capire dove fosse il mio pacco, senza ricevere alcuna risposta, ho scaricato l'applicazione e, sorpresa, non mi ha permesso di tracciare la spedizione (il tracking era palesemente fake).
Dopo ulteriori email (mai nemmeno un riscontro) e numerose richieste al servizio clienti AI (che sosteneva che il mio ordine non esistesse), ho richiesto un rimborso a PayPal, che mi ha rimborsato immediatamente senza ulteriori domande. Probabilmente perché Iconic London era già stato segnalato come sito non affidabile.
Evitate assolutamente di acquistare da questo sito di makeup.
Edit: Visto che Iconic London mi ha chiesto se fornisco numero dell'ordine, eccolo: GE80262 effettuato il 21 novembre 2025.
Se magari si fossero presi la briga di rispondere anche alle mail in cui chiedevo che fine avesse fatto il mio ordine (e fornito un vero tacking number), non avrei rilasciato una recensione negativa.
P.S. vorrei chiedere loro anche come mai Paypal ha effettuato immediatamente il rimborso, ovviamente dietro presentazione di tutta la documentazione (le numerose mail inviate senza mai aver avuto riscontro, e le risposte del bot AI).

The customer care team were brilliant at sorting out an issue I had with a delivery. They were very reactive very professional at dealing with the matter.

Site a fuir, commande jamais livrée, impossible de se faire rembourser, ne répondent pas aux e- mails

1st order never came, waiting for a replacement to be sent took ages to resolve but sophie has been amazing and sorted this out for me. 2nd order no problem at all 3rd order which should contain 5 items sent only 4 and low and behold it isn't even what I ordered only 1 item in the box is what I actually ordered. such a shame as the make up I do have is lovely. Sophie has been very helpful with both problems. The make up is beautiful and a flawless finish and it lasts all day. I did buy their eyeliner from boots and it stays on all day aswell.
