Amazing customer service when I had an issue with a faulty product. Quick response and issued resolved above and beyond.

Had a minor issue but customer service addressed it SO fast. They were very considerate and made my experience great; definitely want to order again. The products are wonderful and I am a huge fan.

Had a small issue with one of the products where the lid was stuck on, felt really petty complaining but the staff were so lovely and helpful and resolved the issue straight away.

Love love love their products! Have ordered a hell of a lot of products from iconic and never been disappointed at all! They provide fabulous offers and discount codes which is amazing. Slight blip on my order this week but it was dealt with and rectified almost immediately. And I got to keep the incorrect items. One happy daughter ☺️Thank you Edi.
3 items £30! Unbelievable

I have purchased from Iconic London several times and absolutely love all of their products. Recently, I had a problem with an order that I placed directly from a marketing campaign on Social Media, whereby I inadvertently bought 2 items which were the same. I contacted Customer Services, to see if the order could be amended before being dispatched and although the initial reply to my query was from AI, it was a very thorough and personalised response. As it was too late to amend the order, the AI system referred my query to an agent and I received a further speedy response from Edi, who was amazing. They could identify how the error had occurred, could see that I was a regular customer and as a gesture of goodwill, Edi arranged for the item that I wanted to be sent to me! So, not only do Iconic London provide the most fabulous products, their customer service and genuine concern for their customers' satisfaction is outstanding! Buy from Iconic London, you will not be disappointed.

I’d ordered myself the Glowy Icon set before Xmas as a little me treat. I went to try out the mascara for the first time just the other day but unfortunately, the tube was damaged and the screw top had broken off, meaning you could just pull the wand straight out of the tube. All the other items were fine. I emailed Iconic, not really expecting much, but their customer service has been amazing. Swift email responses and they’re replacing my mascara! Friendly, helpful, excellent customer service. Well done guys, very impressed with your service as well as your products.

Customer service were really helpful, I missed out on a sale priced order while I waited on communication about a code, they were very helpful and allowed me to purchase a week later, honouring the sale price. Happy customer

Love this company! I've been an Iconic London customer for many years. I adore their products plus they've got the best customer service.
Here's proof- last Sunday my husband accidentally broke my favourite Iconic London mug.
I have one cup of tea a day and its always in that mug, its the perfect size for a perfect cuppa.
I bit my tongue but was not a happy bunny. I promptly looked on their website so he could replace it, but no, none on there! I quickly emailed their customer service to see if they're was any way of getting my mitts on another one.
The lovely Edi replied saying they no longer have them online, BUT they did have a few knocking about in their office and would happily send me one, no TWO for being a loyal customer. I've just received a huge box so well packaged with two of my favourite mugs inside, plus a lovely handwritten card enclosed. How's that for customer service, thanks again Edi and bravo 👏 Iconic.

I have ordered many items from Iconic in the past and all have been delivered quickly and well packaged. Recently I received a Radiance booster cream, the top would not release from over the pump dispenser underneath. I contacted Customer service and after sending the requested video of the issue they immediately sent a replacement. They were in contact throughout the whole process. Thank you Sophie from CS for your swift action and professional manner. I will continue to buy their beautiful make up from their website.

Ordered a number of times from this website super quick on delivery -products are great quality - last delivery had issues with one item in order -contacted iconic and it was dealt with super quickly by Edi thank you 😊
