Love iconic London products and recently had a small issue (I think more to due with the delivery company than their products) but when I emailed customer service they immediately sent me a replacement and it was only a lid that was damaged. There customer service was brilliant.

Customer Service staff at Iconic were excellent and quick to respond when I noted an error on my order. One of the free items has been replaced with an item I had purchased in the same order. They immediately apologised, explained the situation and offered to refund me the cost of the duplicate item.

First time ordering from Iconic and can’t fault the customer service team. My order arrived super quick but when it did the box and one of my products were damaged. I emailed them and send a picture and within 24 hours a new one was sent out to me. They were really quick to respond and helpful.

A big thank you to Edi in the customer service team who helped me. Can’t wait to use the product when it arrives and will definitely be using Iconic in the future.

I’ve been using Iconic London products for many years, & have loved them so much I’ve also gifted to friends.
I recently had a minor issue with a product gifted to me, & on contacting the company, (via e-mail), my issue was resolved quickly, & efficiently by Edi.
Edi also demonstrated a patient & friendly approach in dealing with my issue.

My item arrived damaged but within 4 hours of delivery a replacement product had been packed and dispatched to me - great customer service

I’ve waited for the arrival of my Melting Touch Lip Balm - DO NOT BUY!!!
Who would dream up a lipstick/ balm that doesn’t wind down.
Wound it up to try it on.. will not wind down to put the lid on.
Total utter waste of money and the most ridiculous idea.
I am furious!!

I ordered 2 items however only 1 item was delivered. I emailed customer service at 7pm and after a short exchange of emails confirming some details I received a replacement to my address by 2pm the following day - excellent service!!! I’m a very happy customer and will most certainly shop with them again, looking forward to using my products 😊

Great products and when some of my eyeliners broke after quite a while they replaced them so very happy with the customer service.

I ordered a powdered bronzer for my daughter’s birthday and accidentally received bronzing drops. Emailed customer support that evening and received an email the next morning apologising and they were sending the bronzer powder out next day delivery and that we could keep the bronzing drops on this occasion.

Amazing service from Edi! My parcel was delivered poorly by courier and Edi done an amazing job to re send my missing parcel cannot wait to use

I made an order and it was dispatched the next day unfortunately Evri just left the order on my doorstep and it was taken but Edi in customer services arranged a replacement the same day at no charge. She kept me updated all the way. This is the best customer service I've ever received.

I ordered a blush that wasn’t quite right for me- then had 2 major surgeries in 90 days. They worked with me and replaced it with a blush of the right color. I very much appreciate that. I will definately continue ordering from Iconic London.

Iconic London has amazing customer service. I had an issue with my order and they responded immediately and resolved my issue with one email. I am a first time user of the products and I haven’t found anything I don’t love so far. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
