Love the iconic products but I received a faulty one. I emailed customer services and they replied and sent out a new one within the hour. Brilliant service. Thank you.

I unfortunately had a parcel delivered to a communal area not my front door and it was stolen before I had chance to get it. The customer service team were fantastic. They guided me through the process and I was able to reorder and re deliver my parcel with a different provider to ensure I got my products. What started out as a very stressful time due to the worry of losing out on £100+ i was so pleasantly surprised with how professional and sympathetic they were to my issues. The communication was on point and I never felt like a burden or a nuisance to them. It has given me full confidence in them as a team and as a brand. I will continue to happily buy and use Iconic London products. Thank you again for being so understanding.

I recently received a faulty product, but the issue was resolved immediately. Sophie, the Customer Service Manager, was absolutely brilliant and arranged a replacement within an hour and just in time for my holiday!

I had a couple of issues with the packaging on some of the makeup products I ordered, so I got in touch simply to give some feedback. It wasn’t a huge issue, but I wanted to make them aware that a couple of the items had arrived faulty.

I was so impressed with how quickly and kindly Edi from Customer Services responded. They apologised straight away, were incredibly helpful and arranged for replacement products to be sent out. The whole process was so easy and Edi was genuinely lovely and understanding throughout.

It’s always refreshing to receive such great customer service, and I really appreciated how quickly the issue was resolved. Thank you, Edi! 😊

I received a bronzer that was damaged. I contacted customer services and within about 10 minutes they had sorted my issue and re-ordered me a replacement. It is the easiest customer services I've ever dealt with.

When my order arrived the Pre set & go had leaked. Customer services were very prompt with their response and have ordered me another bottle. Things go wrong- it’s what people do to put them right that matters. Can’t fault Iconic

Great customer service team, with a high quality product range

Places an order and when it arrived one of the products was faulty. I sent customer service an email with photo of the faulty goods. I received an instant AI generated response that it will be investigated and within 30 minutes I had received a human response with a replacement being sent out today.
Amazing customer service

When the blusher stick I ordered from Iconic turned up it had broke in 2 and had melted around the edge. I emailed Iconic who got in touch straight away and are now sending me a new one! - well done for the great customer service! Fab products too!

I ordered a couple of eyeshadow pens from their website - and then realised I already had them!! I explained my silly mistake and Eli in Customer Service organised a refund after I had returned them. They were really helpful and will definitely order other products. Thanks Eli

I had an issue with an order that was not received, I reached out to iconic who were very understanding with what had happened even though it was almost 2 weeks after the order was marked as delivered (I was away!). Edi was super helpful and friendly and kept me updated every step of the way, resending my order with another delivery company. Thanks so much!

I have been talking to two great customer service agents at Iconic London and can honestly say they have the best customer service I've come across in a long while . Its so lovely to actually be in contact with human beings.
I have spoken to Edi in Customer Services & Sophie the Customer Services Manager. Both have been extremely helpful they respond to you in the same day sometimes multiple times throughout the day until the issue is solved. I had trouble with my account having an incorrect email address so I was unable to view my previous orders when I logged in under my email address.
They sorted this out for me and I couldn't be more grateful. Excellent customer service above and beyond my expectations .

Ordered a product in the wrong colour and realised immediately so emailed Iconic and within a day or so I had the order cancelled… ready to re order my right colour.. they were very helpful and would really recommend their products I use a few of them and think they are amazing!!

The mascara is so good I always get asked about my eyelashes.
