Have purchased directly from Iconic London many times in the past, usually delivered in 48 hours. I Have previously purchased Prep Set Glow setting spray, illuminator drops, highlighter pallette, eyeshadow and mascara and been very pleased with the products.

This time, a much more disappointing experience. Delivery took well over a week, items not despatched until 5 days post transaction. The lip oil is lovely and smells fantastic. Other items were repurchased. A freebie eyeshadow pallette was included, much smaller than expected but lovely finish.

A shade match was suggested for the highlighter and concealer duo but it is the wrong shade for my skin. The highlighter and concealer are both a strange texture which does not blend easily. Also settles in eye creases. Very disappointing as the reviews and how to use videos gave the impression of an extremely bendable formulation. Will be sticking to MAC concealer and foundation going forward.

I’ve been a regular purchaser of iconic over the years. I ordered 3 products and wondered why I hadn’t received them. Checked Evri tracking who had delivered them to an address that clearly wasn’t mine. Picture of a wheelie bin and some rags. Contacted iconic via email as no phone number available and AI answered. After a couple of attempts I received emails from a human and explained the situation and clarified it wasn’t my address, gave the tracking number etc. Instead of processing sending out the goods (one of which was a birthday gift l, I receive yet another email asking me to complete a PDF file). I have no access to a laptop and couldn’t figure it out on my phone so sent the exact wording, tracking number etc in an email. They won’t accept this. My contract is with Iconic not Evri and right now, for over a week since delivery to the wrong address, they have my money and I have no products. It’s the first time I’ve experienced this and the whole customer experience is woeful.

As ever; really quick response from the customer service team. Both Leah and Edi were fabulous and resolved my issue quickly without fuss.

Evri lost my delivery but after contacting Iconic they sent a replacement that arrived the next day, great customer service.

Quick delivery, items well packaged. Love the products

First time ordering from this company. Responded to a GMA ad and spent a decent amount and was to receive 2 different sets of make-up and one additional product. It was obvious some of the products were used and/or had been previously opened. For instance, one bottle was not full and another had definitely been opened. A lip liner had been used (or maybe just damaged). Needless to say, I was not happy and very concerned about the manner in which the products had been received. I did not know if safe to use, and I didn't. I contacted the company, they acted like they did not believe me, and wanted pictures. I fully concede I am not a photographer (my friends and family do not allow me to take group pics), but I did the best I could. I even attempted to photograph the one bottle that was not full. The company did not care. I am shocked that some of the reviews are so good as that is certainly not my experience. Happy for others.

Great choice of products. Website was easy to use, good product description and choice.
It was my first time purchasing from Iconic and I must say the products are great, and on par with the higher priced brands that I use.
The bronzer is lovely, gives a nice, natural sun-kissed look. The lip liner is the perfect shade. Will definitely be buying more.
Delivery was quick to.... no complaints in any department.

Originally, my parcel was lost, but Iconic London’s customer service was amazing. Leah made sure to look into things fully and I got a replacement sent out to me. Very happy, felt listened to, followed the process and now I have my new products to try. I love them!

I have bought Iconic London products for some time and I have always loved the quality and excellent value for money. I’m not one for writing reviews which is something I will change for the future however following my last purchase I got in touch with their customer service department and in this instance I felt an excellent review was the very least I could do as I huge thank you. I ordered a limited edition bundle which was sent out quickly but never received by me . I contacted Iconic London and after a short investigation which I was kept up to date with throughout they replaced my order. The ‘bundle ‘ was no longer available however they replaced every item for me individually. This included the gorgeous Iconic London mug which now has pride of place in my desk. I now can’t wait to use all my beautiful products and will continue to buy from this fantastic company in the future. Big thank you to everyone at Iconic London. Excellent Customer Service. Already looking forward to my next purchase .🥰

My daughter bought me a mascara and eye shadow pencil for Mother’s Day and I really liked them.
I used the website to order some other products and wasn’t sure how long they would take to arrive.
When I sent an email to enquire about this Iconic responded promptly, reassuringly and politely.
There is more choice on the website than my nearest store that stocks Iconic.
The products are all very easy to apply and pack well into the zip up brush holder which I received.
I will definitely reorder the eyeliner in another colour and continue to use the mascara which goes on without clogging.

I made a purchase and needed to return my items. The return process has been a nightmare. The website links take U.S. customers to the U.K. returns, which obviously doesn’t work. Customer service is a joke. It’s AI driven and then you have to wait to be passed on to a real person who is equally unhelpful. I sent my items back unused, per the company policy, on July 25 and have yet to receive my refund. I have been given no information about my return being received or processed. They do state it can take up to 21 days after the delivery of the items, however, they should have my return order in the warehouse by now. I will never order from this company again.

I should also add, when I initially contacted the company about wanting to return my order and having issues with the links, they implied it was my mistake and I was using the incorrect website. How exactly would I be able to do that when I was following the prompts on the U.S. website? I also tried via the Shop app, and there was no option to return there either, even though it states when searching Google that there’s an option to print a return label if you go to your orders. That is definitely not the case, and how exactly was I doing things incorrectly if I was looking at my order via the U.S. website. Very frustrating.

My original order was sent via Evri and never made it. Pictures were taken on double yellow lines and confirmed as ‘delivered’ without any courier details.

I immediately contacted both Evri and ICONIC. Evri are investigating but no response yet. However ICONIC were amazing! They kept in communication with me and swiftly took action to investigate and send out replacements with another courier. I am extremely thankful after a stressful situation for their help and support. I truly value good customer service and this is another reason I will continue to purchase from ICONIC.
